My mother!
Ok i really want to go to the movies today with my friend today becasuse its a snowday for me and my mom was like no you cant i dont want someone else driving you that far! And then i got really mad cuz shes just an overprotective evil and i told her i hated her(i really do) and now its so annoying cuz she doesnt understand 1 thing.!

you dont hate your mom... its just for the moment.. i no what you mean even though my mom isnt overprotective my dad is.. i dont live with him cuz my parents are devorsed but he is only like that because i am his one and only daughter and he loves me and doesnt want anything to happen to me.. xOx jiLl

You are angry right now. You will never hate your mom. You'll just say that to feel better but you won't. Talking to your mom would be a good thing. Letting her know that she can trust you and at the same time you can trust her to come to her with anything. Your mom like every other mom is always going to be overprotective of their child. You need to sell her on the fact why she can trust you and make her feel appreciated so she will allow you to do things with her consent. If it takes her dropping you off then why not let her. Appreciate the small things so you can be part of the bigger ones in life.

ok dude thats your mom you cant hate her and you know that she just makes you mad.. just try to talk to her but yelling dont help! but think about it.. spend is much time with your mom as you can! you dont know what you lost untill its gone!

Uh, its just the movies! How about inviting your friend over to watch a movie or dvd you already have? Moms will always be like that so i dont think you can change her mind!

By yelling ..nothing will happen. How bout you ask to sit and talk with her calmly..with no arguments. Say you respect her opininon..but you want her to understand that you want to go. Ask her to think of some comprimises that will make both of you happy. What if your mom dropped you guys off? then later maybe being that your mom picked up your friend..your friend can drive you home. If that cant work..keep brainstorming. Maybe gather up a group to go..and have your mom drop you off at one of your friends houses? Then your friend wont have to pick you up later.
