Q: What do you do when everyone tells you you're something you're not, just to make you feel better? I am tired of it. Everyone says I'm not fat when I know I am, and they say boys are chsasing after me, when they are running. It just makes me feel worse and they won't stop. I don't care about boyfriends. Most of them are jerks anyways. I have friends that are boys, but no one has ever shown affection toward me, for real. I don't care but I want my friends to leave me alone about it. What do I do?

You probably are not fat. Most people think their fat and it takes their friends and family to tell them they are not! If you feel insecure about your weight, eat healthy. Your friends are your friends and they want you to feel good about yourself, thats why they tell you all these things. And how do you know their not true?

Q: I Have the biggest crush on my teacher. I stare at him and sometimes he stares back. Sometimes he just stares at me the whole period. He gives me good grades when sometimes I dont earn them. But I seriously think about him alot. What do I do? How do I know if he likes me back?

Look sweetie your teacher is at least 10 years older than you so give it up. No teacher could have a relationship with a student...and the teachers that do, you see them on TV awaiting trial and in jail for years and years. he might be looking back because you looked first! Okay dont think its weird to have a crush on your teacher, I had one to but I came to my senses and just like..laughed and I was over it. There are plenty of cute guys your age and you shouldent be crushing on your teacher. its a stage every teenage girl goes through, and you'll grow out of it! :) I just dont want you to think a realtionship past teacher/student will happen, because it wont. Q: my sister and i have always gotten along great...until last week when she came home...shes 21 & im 14 btw..anyways, she became the first to find out about some "not so good" stuff ive been doing and told me i had to tell mom..I DONT WANNA! she said if i by next week shes going to!im so mad @ her! PLEASE HELP! i dont want my mom knowing and i dont want to loose the awesome relationship w/ my sister either!

Just have a conversation with your sister and tell her that you feel that the information is personal and you dont want to share it, even with your mom. Just talk to her and convince her that you would like it if it was just between you and her. Dont get in an argument though, stay calm and try to get her to go on your side. So, try that and if that doesnt work..try begging and pleading. Sorry I didnt help much! I hope everything works out, keep me updated if you want to! :)

Q: My dad can be kinda strict about things like paintball.i really want an aerosal gun(like a bb gun,but shoots plastic pellet),but they are more dangerous than paintball guns.but lately my dad has been letting me do that stuff, but he was kinda angry about me watching a movie with nudity.how should i ask him for an aerosal gun?should i even ask?

Sure movies and guns are two different things. Whats it going to hurt to try and ask him? If he says no, oh well...but maybe he'll say yes. go for it!

Q: ok so me and my boyfriend went out for 6 months... and then things started to change. so i broke up with him. then the next day he asked me back out and i said yes. and then after like a week i broke up with him again because it was different then before and i didnt like it. and he keeps calling me when hes in tears and i dont know what to do.. if i went back out with him ide be doin it because i feel bad for him and i dont wanna hurt him. more and more people are telling me "he'll change for you... he'll be different" and its all retarted and i dont wannna go back out with him.
any suggestions on what to do next???

Do nothing. Dont go out with him, your not happy so you shouldent be stuck in a relationship. Even though hes heart broken, he'll get over it. I'm not trying to be mean it just wasint meant to be. So he needs to realize that and move on!

Q: I'm not sure if anyone will remember this, but I had asked a question as to whether or not it would be the right thing to want to go to the same college as my boyfriend just to be together. Well, he decided he wanted to go to Arizona. To be exact, The Art Institute of Arizona and I was going to go to The Bryman School of Phoenix to study massage therapy. I was looking at houses online in Arizona and I noticed that they were dirt cheap (as in price) so we decided to buy a little house out there (There are 3-4 bedroom houses for 95,300 out there!) My only concern, it's the desert and I'm PETRIFIED of snakes. I know there are many many many snakes there. Does anyone live in Arizona that is scared of snakes? What do you do about it? Is there anything you can put around your house to prevent the snakes from going into your yard? I really have my heart set on moving there, but the only downside is the snakes. Any knowledge of this subject would be so very much appreciated!

Yeah houses over here *california* cost 600,000+ and mine was 1 million! Crazy...Anyway, usally there are snakes but as long as you dont bother them they wont bother you! And when I was in arizona for a while I didnt see any (and we were in the desert). Just be safe and dont hang out around areas that snakes will be around. There are plenty of ways to be safe and you can ask neighbors, people in town what they do when your there!

Q: hey, me and my boyfriend, were both 18, want to get married, and his mom has absolutely no problem with it, because she already considers me her daughter, but my dad is totally against it. what should i do

Well you are 18 and can make your own choices. Since your 18+ you can do whatever you want, sooo if you want to get married, get married. He cant stop you. But of course, I think that would start problems and he wouldent come to your wedding, and stuff. And whats a wedding without your dad giving you away? So think about..getting married and not having close people with you at the wedding...or waiting until your dad is okay with it and trusts the guy! I would wait, its your dad! he only wants whats best for you. :)

Q: Hey I just have a little question, everytime I am in the shower after I wash my hair and rinse it out and even when I rinse the conditioner out a lot of my hair just comes right out! Like not in huge chunks but in like a lot of strands and stuff! Is there any reason that this is happening? If anyone knows could you please help me? It usually only happens in the shower, not when it is dry!

Okay well when your going through puberty thats what happens, that happeend to me a lot too like a long time ago and then it stopped. Or maybe your hair is just not healthy? Go to a salon and ask them if there is any product you can leave in your hair to fix it!

Q: well i had my period a week ago, fer about 3 or 4 days idk, but then it got really light , like hardly ANYTHING at all on the pad , so yeah but now it feels like im going to get it. Is it possible to get it?

Also..My best friend had sex before and in january she got her period for over 1 week about 2 weeks i think she said, and now she didnt get it in february, could it be becuase shes pregnet, or because she had it so long in jan. she wont get it in feb? Thanks so much!

Well there might be an extra day or two left on your period, I would put pads on for the next two days just incase. And about your best friend, there is a chance she might be pregnant. Because she did have sex so you never know. So she should get a pregnancy test! :) Hope I helped and good luck!

Q: i suffer from Acid reflux and irritable bowel and im only 13..i take prilosec for my reflux and fiber for my irritable bowel..my question is if i eat something like pizza which i havent had pizza in almost a year..will it hurt? cause i get indigestion soo freekin bad and feels like a heartattack...i have lost about 30lbs because i hardly eat anything..and i feel kind of weak..i eat alot of meat and stuff but no greasy, spicy, or fried stuff...another question is..is it possible that i could go annerexic if i hardly eat anything?

Okay this will really help you out. I read it in my South Beach diet book and this is what you do, 15 minutes before your going to eat pizza or whatever..have a glass of metamucil(or any other fiber stuff you have) and then you can eat like 15 minutes later. So the fiber will help you break down the food and you will be fine! Funny how a south beach diet is helping you out haha. So try that, and see if it works!

Chris. Obviously its not going to work out if it hasint worked 6 times. You need to move on and find new guys to go out with (Chris). Thats the best choice!

Q: okay. well i'm 14 years old and my best friend is a guy. and i do have a boyfriend whom i really love. but my best friend recently has been flirting with me and crap. but i only think of him as a friend and my boyfriend is starting to think i'm cheating on him. i want to tell my friend about what he's doing but i still want to keep him as a best friend...what should i do? how can i tell him to lay off?

You should just tell him. He's your best friend, he should respect what you want. Just be like "My boyfriend is suspecting things about me and you, so can you please stop acting all flirty with me" That works, and its nice...have a convo about it and explain to him everything and you can work things out.

Q: ok i was on vacation at this place my grandparents take us to with all our family, sorta like a camp, and i was singing at the dance one night, and it was sorta like the kick off of the weekend, and they were gonna pay me 200 dollars for each song depending on how good i did, and i really needed the money because my grandmother wanted a new camper, and i wanted to help out. but my x boyfriend showed up in the middle of my song and i choked and skipped a few notes when i saw him, because i really did still love him and we broke up because we moved. anyway i told the person that sold us the camper i would have the 600 dollars the next day, and since i choked i came up 100 dollars short, and i dont wanna tell my grandmother because i feel as if i let her down, and i dont want her to think i did. i dont know how to get the other 100 dollars.

Tell her the truth, about the ex boyfriend and everything! She wont hate you! She is your grandmother! She will be fine with the money she got, and maybe you can do a fundraiser together to raise up the other 100! Dont worry about it..:)

Q: I helped my friend get a boy, who is also my friend. She said she really liked him and totally wanted to go out. So I hooked them up. The boy is really sweet and really likes her. The day after they were together. She says to me that she's going to break up with him because she's in love with her ex from like a year ago. (And he doesn't like her like that.) She got me to hook them up, and she's going to break his heart after he admits his feelings for her. I don't think thats right. i told her she said she'll give him 1 week tops. I don't know what I should do

Well, if she feels that she wants it to be over, let her break up with him. i know it sucks because you put forth the effort to get them together, but she isint happy in the relationship and it would suck having to stay with that guy. So yeah just let her do what she wants..sorry!

It could mean a number of things. You will only know if you get it straight from him. But I think its "No, I dont like her but I dont want to hurt her feelings"!

Q: Okay I really love to swim and cheelead but next year I will be a freshman and I will need to chose.. I love both.. but which one would be better for me?? I am 14 and I have a pretty busy life.. my sister is also a cheerleader and she quit swimming.. plz help me out.. but now i got to go to 7th hour in school.. thank you..

Okay, well it all depends on you. Like some people on here might like cheer, so they would tell you to cheer. and some people here might like swimming so they tell you to do swim. I say you should do something that you have never done before and/or havent really got to experience. So which one have you havent had a chance to do? Pick the sport that you havent really experienced a lot!

Q: me and my boyfriend have been together on and off for about a year...and we're crazy about eachother we know everything there is to know about eachother well when he came over Sunday things went a little further than i wanted them to..so what i want to know is how do u know when ur cherry has popped,....how it gets popped and if it has to pop to be pregnant ...plz help im scared i might be pregnant!! thanks to anyone that helps!

Your cherry only gets popped the first tim you have sex, or if he fingers you. Theres other non sexual ways but yeah anyway. Just because your cherry popped doesnt mean your pregnant..if you had sex, there is a chance..but popping your cherry is different than getting pregnant. So if you had sex, just take a pregnancy test. I suggest FirstResponse!
