It may, or it may mean that hes just trying to be sweet but he doesnt even know who you are. It could also mean that he doesnt know how WELL he likes you. Maybe if you tell him that you like him, or ask him out, hell say how he really feels.

It depends on the guy. But since he does like other girls, it could be meaning no, but he won't say it. You never know though. He could really not know because he doesn't really know you that good. Maybe you should try talking to him yourself and asking him about this all. Since you really like him, you should find out for yourself. He does sound like a little player, just because he's crushing on a lot of girls at once. You should try finding a new crush, one that will like you back and won't be liking other girls at the same time.

It could mean that he may or may not and he probably does want to say it but it could mean that he doesn't know how he feels about you, since he likes a lot of other girls. It's really hard to tell, since every guy is different and that stinks sometimes.
