Hey..Im Amber yah im 14 years old and i live in maine...i love to answer questions and i do my best to help anyone out. i guess i give pretty good advice cause most of the time it works for most of my friends..but im not always right...im really big into sports i LOVE to play all kinds of sports. i play lacrosse and play other ones with my friends and cousins. hii .. i am 5'4 andi weigh 190lbs .. i wanna go down to about 135 but i really dont kno how to do it .. i am trying to eat right and i wanna know what kind of foods to eat and what exercises to doo .. i have the time to walk and run and stuff but if i do like some crunches before it will i shed my weight ? please help me outt !

What you can eat are: salad's,fsh,chicken,less on suga try to not eat candy eat veggies. Have apples for such a snack or something. You are doing good about crunches keep doing thoses keep runny/jogging. You will loose some weight! just keep doing what you are doing!

Okay so I have this friend and she has a boyfriend and I am his friend a little bit like he talks to me and stuff and he gives me money but I asked him if I could have a sip of his Powerade and he said yes so I took a sip and my friend saw me and she got all mad at me and said that I have been flirting with her boyfriend, and that I like him even though I have my own boyfriend....I sent her a text message saying sorry and I even tried calling her but she won't answer. Well if you tell your friend thats you are friends with him and she is not listing then she is NOT a true friend. Her boyfrind was just be nice of sharing. Just try to get a hold of her and talk to her and if she dose not listen dont blame it on you it is not ur falt you did not do anything wroung. And if none of that works try talking to her boiifriend (not around her) andd tell him what she is doing to you then he might go talk to your frind she should listen to him becaue it is her boiifriend.

Don't take this the wrong way. I'm 13/f and I'm ok with the regualr sex (WHEN I'M MARRIED) But even though I'm too your to think about it, 69 and oral sex I'm scared of. You don't have to be so scrared about anything because just tell boiifriend/husband if you dont feel comforable doing it just tell him he should understand. Its up to you and yuor boiifriend/husband because no one should force you to do it if they do then you are not in a good relction ship with that person. Don't do anyhting that you don't feel comfrtable doing.

Its up to you to so if you love him back you could do it but if you are not ready yet you should tell your boiifrind that you are not ready dont be affraid. You should go out longer more than a week becasue a week is too short for just doing sex! So when you are ready just tell him he should understand.

You can just use a tampon and just sit down with your mother at a quiet time and dicus it with her and tell her how much you really really want one. But if yuor friends teese you then it sounds like they are not really true friends.

you should just tell you boiifriend to just stop calling your friend a bitch because its your freind you don't want your friend and you boyfreind not friends. I've just started breeding my male and female zebra finches -she layed 4 eggs a few days ago, one hatched but it's now been 3 days why haven't the other 3 eggs hatched? are they okay?

yes, they are fine. Some eggs probley take longer than other ones it takes time! they are probley healthy and everything. Jast take good care of them and they okay there is nothing to worry about!

your age is fine! If you have any little cousins or friends little brother or sister wach them! You can even wacth people in your neighbored. At your age it is a good age to start babysitting. Prople will probley give you good amount of money to.

If you have any little cousins you could babysit them. You could babysit your friends little borther or siser. And if you feel comfortabe with mabe babysitting your mom or dads frinend's daughter or niece or nedphew or something.

Can sum1 please help!! Am 16 & female so i probably sound silly but am not.
About 3 months ago I meet the most amazing guy ever(Ryan),wat i've always wanted,funny,caring,wild & deep. We started seeing each other rigt away.
We went out for a month in this time he told me he loved me & done everything in his power to show me it was true. Then we broke up!! He told me he still loved me & would go back out with me soon. Then my mum was speeking to his mum & she said that I was the first girl that he had realy bothered about & that he was oviosly in love with me. Then a mouth later people were telling me he was engaged. He says this is not ture. Then 2 weeks ago we had sex at a party. His mate was teling me that Ryan did like me & wasnt shure if he was seeing sum1. Then the other week I aked him if he was seeing sum1 he said yeah. The thing is am good mates with him & his best mate Darren but it hurts me not being his girlfriend coz am in love with him. And was gona cut him from my life but realizied it was way to hard. So am wondering what to do:1- cut him from my life (hurting him & myself) 2- Wait for him or 3- Tell him how I fell. What one should I do? PLEASE HELP!!

ok, if yuo both like each other it sounds like.
