hii .. i am 5'4 andi weigh 190lbs .. i wanna go down to about 135 but i really dont kno how to do it .. i am trying to eat right and i wanna know what kind of foods to eat and what exercises to doo .. i have the time to walk and run and stuff but if i do like some crunches before it will i shed my weight ? please help me outt !

sunny411 answered Thursday November 11 2004, 10:34 am: What you can eat are: salad's,fsh,chicken,less on suga try to not eat candy eat veggies. Have apples for such a snack or something. You are doing good about crunches keep doing thoses keep runny/jogging. You will loose some weight! just keep doing what you are doing!
XSugarPieX77 answered Thursday November 11 2004, 9:59 am: Try eating less sugar. Cut down your meals to smaller porportions. Also, if you eat a snack during the day eat a granola bar or nutrtion bar. Crunches usually only help you to get a "pack" like a six pack or something. Eat lots of veggies and stay away from chips and greasy foods. 1. stick do just ur three main meals
2. instead of having a snack, when ur hungry drink lots of water
3. run every day (this is really important so u have to do this
4. don't do crunches until u start getting closer to ur goal (crunches just turn ur stomach into muscle)
