Over the past month or so, I have been cutting my arm. I never cut the inside of my arm near to my veins but on the other side. It started off as just a way of forgetting everything but now it has turned into something much deeper, that even I haven't figured out yet. What I am doing is hurting my friends very badly and leaving them feeling guilty and lost. They keep saying that they will go to a teacher and tell him and two friends already have. I know I am hurting them but I honestly can't help it. I don't want my family to find out and I am scared that if my friends go to the teacher then he will tell them. I have no idea what to do. I have tried other things as an alternative to cutting but they never help like cutting does. I know that before I think about stopping for good, I need to figure out what has caused me to do this. I am usually happy, flirtacious and confident but now I am always upset. I suspect that I am doing it because of various family issues but I think that it could be something else as well as that. I honestly do not know what to do anymore.
next time you feel like cutting, put the knife or whatever youre using (i used a safety pin, but i dont know bout you) DOWN and try to remember what triggered the need to inflict pain. And i do think that if you want the problem to stop, you might wanna talk to your family about it. they arent going to disown you or anything, they're gonna want to help you.
and if that doesnt work, then you should maybe see your school guidance counselor. i talked to my aunt about my ordeal, and she helped me out a lot.. i no longer feel the need to cut myself to make me feel better. i suggest that you do the same.

okay, the guy i really like just asked me out. yay. but the down side is hes punk. and im prep. i kno i kno it shouldnt matter. but if i go out with him i kno pplz are gonna look at me different, think im different and treat me different. i cant stand it. i really like this guy help me, should i or shouldnt i go out with him???

My stepmother had it on her face and arms.. She was in quite a bit of muscle pain for about 3 days afterwards, but she says its not THAT bad. They key is to relax. If you try to go back to normal almost immediately, youre going to be VERY sore. She describes the feeling as "4 long weekends of yard work"..just muscle soreness. but she also says that it is TOTALLY worth it.

Okay I am a female an I am 15 yrs old. I have always been rather skinny but I moved over a yr ago and since I moved I have gained a few pounds. I am still rather skinny, but now I have hips and I dont like it. I am about 5'6-5'7 and I way about 130lbs. My stomach is flat, and I have long legs, its just my hips. I am not comfortable with my body right now.I try and do sit ups and I walk and run alot but it doesnt seem to be helping much. I am really pretty, but I just want to lose a few pounds to feel better about myself. What is a good way to lose my hips and a few pounds? Does anyone kno of a good diet I could go on that does not involve too many calories. What do I do to lose weight?

Hello guys, long time reader but first time writer here. I really need some advice.
I've had this best friend for about ten years now (ever since the second grade) and he knows all my secrets. He has been the friend I've been able to go to for all my problems for over half my life. He's always been a great guy, but lately he seems a little different.
He came up to me the other day and told me that he needed to talk to me after school, and of course I told him it was no big deal. Well, when I got to his house after school he called me back to his room. When I got back there he was completely naked and said that if I didn't suck him off then he would tell everyone about my issuses with my sexuality that I had confided in him. I didn't have any other choice, I can't let everyone now that I have impure thoughts about other men since I'm in a private Christian school, but I'm not attracted to him at all. He's really overweight and he has hair everywhere.
Now he's saying that I have to give him head everyday or he will tell everone about my secret desires, even my parents. I don't know what to do, he tastes horrible. I can't keep doing this.

Im 14 and about a year ago i started noticing wierd bumps on my thighs and the backs of my arms. The bumps are kinda like pimples they have white dots in them. Even if i dont shave they dont go away. Please Help Me!
