Ever since my bro entered high school I was really lonely. We had been really close and stuff, and I never thought that we would ever grow further apart. So when my mom mentioned that we might adopt a child (not just cuz i was lonely but they had been considering adoption for a while) i got excited. I waited everyday to come home and hear what happened today with the caseworkers or whatever. After a few years, we got the news that there was a girl in my state who was four years younger than me. I was overjoyed that I was going to have a new little sister. I had always been the younger sister before. Well as time passed we found she had some serious emotional problems. She used to be so violent towards me, because she needed ALOT of attention, and she wanted it all to herself. So really, she needed to be in a family with no other children. But anyways, she hit me with metal chairs and stabbed me with sticks, yet for some odd reason, i liked it. Well, i didnt like the pain sometimes, but its hard to explain. My parents were worried about me cause they didnt know what kind of effect she was putting on me. I dont know why i continued to love her so much, but i guess anyone would. But when i look back now, two years later, it makes me cringe. Now, i hate that this experiance ever happened and i want to erase it from my life, but obviously, i cant. It hurts me so much to know that i hurt a girls life because we made her move one more time. After eight months of living with us, she had to go to a new family. And my parents tell me that "we helped her find a new family that was better for her" but that doesnt help. I just dont want to ever remember that this happened. Can someone help?? Im sorry its so long. By the way, everyones told me to join clubs and stuff to help me move on, and I have. im in three different sports. But i just need some way to not hurt so bad inside. You know what from reading that i am soo proud of you. You out with that just to put a smile on her face. And you know what? Shes probably going to remember that her whole life. You have helped her in many ways and you should be proud. You even helped her find a new family! Why dont you want to think that this never happened? You did a terrific job being a big sister! why would you try to hide that? You gave her what she needed most-> attention. She is probably going to grow up to be something better then she was and that was due to your patience. Really, there is nothing here that should make you forget your past. Whatever you did was for the better for your family and her. Always think of the sacrifice that you made to give her what she wanted. Take care and God Bless.

OKay, basicly I lie about the stupidest things that aren't true. But everyonce in a while I'll say this HUGE lie that I didn't realise I was thinking of or saying until it's already out polluting the air. It really scares me and I don't know how to handle it. I've never told anyone about this... I'm just so confused and I'm really scared that I'm going to get myself into trouble...

you should take a minute and think about your going to say. Maybe your trying to fit in? You want to be the center of Attention? Once that happens you really need to clear it up. I now its hard when it happens, but if your going to get in MAJOR trouble then thats the only option.
Before you open your mouth, you should think about what your going to say and what are the consequences of saying it, then once you think about all of that , you can say whatever you wanted to. If you are going to lie, its better not to say anything at all. Your just going to get in more trouble if you do.

well personally i enjoy guys who can make me laugh. Someone i can talk to about ANYTHING and they wont laugh. He would never leave me or cheat on or anything. Its a BIG turnoff if he smokes, involved in crime, etc. Yes, looks is important too but its not everything. I would like a guy who respects ALL my family and friends even if he doesnt like them. He has to be smart and nice. Really, just show the girl that you care about her. Make her laugh, ask her about her family, what she likes to do, what are her dreams etc. Be very nice to her and her friends, offer to take her out places and basically just be a gentlemen.

well if your daring...when a hott guy is walking by you, you can whisper "sexy" or something...that would certinly get their attention...or if your just hanging out with some guys.. toy can say " your looking good 2day" or "you look hot in that shirt".. you can wink at them or something. Whenever im with my guy friends and their talking about for example like going to someone's house, i would just be like "well, you know, i might be a little lonely staying home byslef that night. I could use some company.{wink}" LOL..yeah i just play around like that. Hopefully you learned some ideas from that. Take care and God Bless.

you need to tell the police because even though hes not hurting you, you are still witnessing him hurting your mom and that is abuse. He needs to get help and it would best for everyone if you inform the police. It would all work out in the end. God bless.

He's one of my best friends and I love him so much. (as a friend) but ive secretly liked him the whole time and i can tell he's liked me back. =) but then today at school i heard from my friends that he was absent all week and it wasnt because he was sick. and he wasnt skipping either. he left. he left the school and transferred. i found out this morning and later today at recess i was crying so much i made a huge scene because i wont see him again. this happened with one of my other best friends. we lost touch because he left the school and nowhe just laughs at me and i dont wanna face that with someone i like even more. hes the SWEETEST guy ive ever met and he was always there for me. i need him by my side. i dont know what to do! i cant talk to him on the phone cuz i dont have his number, i cant IM him or email him cuz he doesnt have a computer, and i only RARELY see him at hockey games. he wont b able to sign my yearbook anymore. i cried 2day like 5 times about this and i cant stop! help! what can i do? HELP !!! im realy upset nad crying about htis right now. i have one b rother and 2 parents. now, my dad use tobe in the army andi guess u could say " rough and tough" he treats me llike a little princess..but wiht my brother(15) its definitly different. to start off; they havent gotten along well since my bro was 10.. and my brother tells my dad to shutup and my did gets angry and is like " im not going to take this bull**** from you anymore, who even says im suppose to love you?" and my brother doenst ac tliek he cares but hten he goes to his rom and cries nad no one knows this escept for me and my mom. and i aske dmy dad " dad, do u even like paul*" nad hes like " why should i, he doesnt like me so i dont lke him?" WHAT DO I DO ???? i can not stand seeing my family fight i cry at night. and if i could i would trade my life with my brothers just so he would be happy.. andi m also afriad he's going to try and commit suicide. i dont know what to do.

heyy...you can try to get your mom to talk to your dad about the situation since your mom knows everything as well. Or you and your mom can sit down with your dad and tell him everything. Hopefully eveerything works out for you.

Ok, im 13 years old and female and i have this "boy" friend that likes me and i like him to but the problem is he doesnt no i like him back. i hate using friends to tell people i like them for me because they always make me look stupid and we cant pass notes because the teachers have eyes in the back of their heads. How can i tell him i like him without running up to him and telling him straight up o and how can i get him to ask me out to? i really need to know before monday because after that i wont be able to get to a computer for 2 weeks!

if he likes you then go ahead and ask him out. I mean if he likes you then he would probably say yes right? Just say it straight up and soon because if you dont then hes gonna think that you dont like you and he is going to stop liking you and like some other girl. Believe me, this has happened to me before and i was heart-broken. Whatever you do, do it quick

hot water to open open your pores, then clense your skin, then wash again with cold water and that makes the pores close so dirt wont get inside of them.
