Hi, I'm a 14 year old girl in Junior High. Today, I was called down to the office and accused of doing drugs. (Which I DON'T.) The guidance counselor and vice principal then practically strip searched me, made me empty my bag, take off my shoes, and then they called down a nurse to give me an eye test, take my blood pressure and listen to my heart to determine if I was high. Their reason behind all of this? Apparently earlier, a girl whos name they "could not tell me" told the office that "I was seen in the bathroom with a tube of white powder." I had been in the bathroom, but I had absolutely NO tube shaped items or any item, not even any makeup with me, that looked like powder.

My mom and I are thinking of suing the school district. Do you think that this is a violation of my rights? I do not think they should of searched me just because some random girl TOLD them that. Obviously she was lying. Do you think this is enough to bring forth a lawsuit against the school?

dont bother. basically, once you enter school, all your rights are revoked. suing them will just be a waste of money, time, and effort. cases like this one have surfaced before, and nothing ever comes out of them..

just find out the name of that whore you lied and yell at her :)

i went to one! (it was absolutely amazing, btw) and they would only sign stuff if you had back stage passes. its been a while, though. maybe they do it now. :)

how can i take off my acrylic fake nails without going back into the salon to get them taken off?

ive heard about soaking them in hot water.

when i wanted to take mine off, i just soaked them in nail polish until they were practically falling off my nail :)

i really want a ringtone that is a song. i really really want "this is why i'm hott" by mims. but i don't want to pay $9.99 a month for a ringtone. is there anywhere where i can download my own ringtone from my itunes? i know there is one, i just don't know the name of the website. and is it free? i would really like it to be free. thanks everyone!!!!!

it takes a while for the ringtone to get sent to your phone, but its totally worth it :) OH! and i don't think you can upload itunes songs to that site, so just go to www.singingfish.com,search for the song you want, save it to your computer, and then upload that to mobile17.

ok, well i watched one tree hill on wed. and i have only watched it a few times before. this is kinda weird but w/e. lol. the girl that is preagnant (sp?) what is her name?? i really like her hair, well, her bangs anyways. i just wanna know her character name, and name in real life if possible. thanks!!!!

on the show the girl's name is haley james scott, and in real life her hame is bethany joy galeotti.
