Wear a rubber band everyday. Whenever you feel the "urge" to cut, snap the rubber band 3 times on your wrist. It helps me. I hope it'll help you.

I got my first kiss wednesday and I want to be able to tell my mom and I want to be able to talk to her about things like that and I don't know what to do. Like what can i do so that my moms and mines relationship is stronger? and so i can tell her and talk to her about things like this.

Go shopping, check out some new makeup brands, make bracelets (I did this with my mom and it helped so much!), watch a bunch of girlie movies together and PIG OUT on snacks! Then ask her about boys and tell her about your first kiss.

I NEED to learn how to swallow pills... i just cant do it, i have a huge gag reflex but i'm in so much pain and the only med. i can get is swallowable. Anyone know any tricks??

Cut the pill up in two. Or put it in a sandwich and hide it in there. Then eat the sandwich and drink lots of water afterwards.

omg..im really stressing right now..i was going thru my moms make up drawer, which i usually never go thru because i dont wear make up, and i foud a tiny package of WEED..i also found an already smoked joint...i dunno what to do i really dont wanna talk to her about it because..i dunno i would just rather not..how should i handle this personally?

Wow, sorry to hear that. If you are really upset, talk to a trusted family member or write in a journal. When you feel ready enough, tell you mom that you were in her make-up drawer looking for lipgloss or something, and that you found a tiny weed packet and smoked joint. Anyways, just drink a lot of fluids, that's always good. If you're not really hungry, just eat a little. Like a sandwich or half of one or something. You still gotta eat.

You shouldn't have sex with him, i know you hate hearing this and i did too, but you are too young. I'd stick to making out and things like that. So, i really wouldn't advise having sex with him. You gotta make the best of your visits, like you are! Keep doing what you're doing and have fun doing it!

You should defintely tell him. Call him up if you still have his number or email him. This is pretty important, and don't you think he has the right to know? Just say, "Hey, I found out that I'm five weeks preganant. I thought you might want to know". I hope everything works out and good luck!

well im not sure if i can say i like him.. but i have feelings. YOU ARE 15! You cannot handle school and a baby. I know it may seem like you really want one, but you should wait until you graduate. You really need to wait. Its hard to juggle a child, keeping enough money for the child, and school. It'd be best to wait, so i wouldn't have one.

ive just started doing pot this year and i feel that ive becoming addicted to it now. When i did it for the first time i told myself that i wouldn't get addicted, but now its so hard not to do it. Most of my friends do it and when im around it i just wanna smoke it up with them too. What should i do?

Go online every day and go to sites about smoking pot and doing drugs and drinking. This will remind you of how bad you are hurting your body and brain.

Im not sure, but i think im starting 2 over eat. I get hungry every 2 hours, eacht ime eating a full meal. I can tell my stomach is gettin fatter jus by the way my clothes r fitting. I also cant stop drinkin soda. I crave it when i cant have it even though i try and fight it. Ive never been overweight. Last time i was weighed which was about a month ago, i was about 110 and im jus barely 5'2" and 13. Do any of you know a way that i can stop eatin so much and tone up my stomach again??? When you go shopping, buy apples, grapes, bananas, pears, and tons of other fruits. Buy rice, soup, and chicken dinners or steak dinners(Like the healthy choice brand). Buy water bottles and milk. Buy healthy things and if you eat healthy for one week, treat yourself to a new pair of shoes or a shirt or something.

If you are married, there is NO WAY that you should be having sex with a guy at work. You'd really be hurting your husband and child. Spend more time with them, and less time with your co-worker. Also, would you like your husband cheating on you? I dont think so.

my friend gave me a note to give to another friend...and i forgot to. Later that night i remember the note was in my pocket so i did a bad thing and read it. In the note she talked about how she wants to kill herself and about how she is thinking about slitting her wrisits! what should i do! if i tell my friend she`ll be furious that i invaded her privacy...but if i dont....who knows what could happen!

Give the note to your other friend and read it to her. You guys should create a plan to talk to your friend. She may be mad at you, but you saved her life.

My boyfriend has been in Juvie for a few weeks, and i don't know how to communicate with him. I can't call him or visit him, i can write letters and stuff, but i can't send roses or anything. Will he dump me when he gets out for lack of communication?

Thats hard to say. You should write letters to him. If he dumps you when he gets out, he is SO not worth it. You tried communicating, didnt you? If he doesn't dump you, thats cool! Stick with him if you care about him.
