over-eating...

Im not sure, but i think im starting 2 over eat. I get hungry every 2 hours, eacht ime eating a full meal. I can tell my stomach is gettin fatter jus by the way my clothes r fitting. I also cant stop drinkin soda. I crave it when i cant have it even though i try and fight it. Ive never been overweight. Last time i was weighed which was about a month ago, i was about 110 and im jus barely 5'2" and 13. Do any of you know a way that i can stop eatin so much and tone up my stomach again??? Any help is appreciated!!!

First of all... being 110 and 5'2" and 13 is NOT overweight. What size were you like a 2? Jeeze. I'm 14, size 2 in pants and 113 pounds. But anyway... when you do eat, eat something healthy, like fruits and veggies. For the things that you drink drink water, orange juice, apple juice, milk... Healthy things like that but not soda. That way, you're cutting down on the amout of sugar and eating healthy at the same time. Ask your mom to go to the grocery store and buy like grapes, bananas, apples, oranges... stuff like that to munch on. Hope this helped.

ya im just like that too!! i eat sooo much and cant help it! im around 5'2 and weigh 103 pounds..but the plus is that i do gymnastics so it helps me stay in shape so try to work out some like some good old fashoined crunches and push ups and try running and riding ur bike..remember muscle weighs more than fat!

When you go shopping, buy apples, grapes, bananas, pears, and tons of other fruits. Buy rice, soup, and chicken dinners or steak dinners(Like the healthy choice brand). Buy water bottles and milk. Buy healthy things and if you eat healthy for one week, treat yourself to a new pair of shoes or a shirt or something.

you might be a compulsive over eater, or maybe you're on the verge of it. it's a disease, much like anorexia. ask your doctor about it.
or maybe the meals you're eating aren't very filling. try eating stuff thats low in calories but high in protein, since protien makes you stay fuller longer. eat stuff like tuna. also stuff like oatmeal tends to make you feel fuller. that way, if you're eating cuz you're hungry, you won't eat, cuz you won't be hungry!

well, i think that you shud try eating more healthy foods so dat wen u eat, although you may eat a lot at a meal, you aren't eating fatty thins. Try and not eat until ur full...this will change ur eating habits slowly. If u do get hungru during da day try having a small snack instead of a meal. Switch to diet soda also. See a nutritionist or a doctor about ur eating habits, they'll help a lot.(eat strawberries!! they're rilli good :P) well i hope u get bak on track w/ ur eating!! :)

I used to have a problem similar to that. This might sound crazy, but if you start to eat healthier and excersize more it'll help. and when you have cravings for pop n' stuff, then have a small amount of whatever it is. this will help you not want it so bad, because if you were to just ignore your craving, you'll want it more and more, and when you do have it, you'll eat way to much of it. so when you want something, have a little tiny bit. i hope this helps!! good luck

In the mornings, try to eat a big breakfast. If you're like me, and have no time to eat, try to get whatever you can. You'll feel less hungry for the rest of the day. Soda might be a really big problem for the weight. Even though 110 at 13 isn't so bad, cutting down on the soda might help. Ask your parents to get diet coke, or c2, diet sprite, whatever you think is best. Try to get them to get some healthy snacks. There are a lot of good snacks that are good for you. Try to get a friend to run or ride your bikes with you on the weekends around your neighborhood or something. It could be fun. And, maybe if you're not already involved in a sport, join another one or start playing something. Soccer is a really healthy sport. So is basketball, tennis, surfing, swimming. It all depends on what you're up too. I hope it helps - goodluck!

Try to keep yourself occupied and not think of food! Do some of your hobbies, hang around with your friends, watch tv or movies, read, write, go on the internet, etc.! Just eat three times a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and try not to eat as much in the middle but you could squeeze in healthy foods or water to help! One more thing, chewing sugarless gum a few times a day will stop the cravings! Hope I helped :)

Ok well ask ur parents/guardians to not buy as much food. ask them to not allow u to eat so much. also the best way to tone up ur stomach is to do crunches/sit ups everyday and run. Run makes u lose weight like crazy. good luck!

Yeah sometimes I have those cravings too. Just eat breakfest, lunch, dinner and keep yourself busy during the day (playing sports, watching tv, internet, etc) so you'll forget about food.
