Hi there! I've got my own column on here (EMiLYELiZABETH) but today I'm needing some advice.
I'm 2O/f and tomorrow I've got a huge job interview with the police department. My question is... what should I wear and how should I do my hair?? It's brown with reddish highlights, half way down my back (about to the bottom of my bra). I like it either up or down, so that isn't an issue.
As far as what to wear, I was wondering about pinstripe pants or a skirt? Also, what kind of shirt? I've got a few nice sweaters or some that I can layer with.
Any help would be GREATLY appricated!! Thanks so much!

well it all depends on color coordnation..thats the first BIG thing about fashion make sure everything matches..i suggest the pinstripe pants unless u have to bend over and pick something up or something and i think layering the sweaters would look really nice! just wear ur hair straight it would look really professional! good luck :)

Hello, I'm a 14 year old girl, Freshman. Last Saturday I went to the Homecoming dance and I danced with this guy... lets call him John, 14. (I knew nothing about him!) We had a great time and he asked me out... I said yes...
Well I went back to school and everyone found out! All the other guys that like me (who are my friends) seemed mad and sad at me. One of of my friends... Dan... asked me to go with him to the dance a few weeks ago, but I didn't because a lot of other guys asked...
I felt bad today because I figured out... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8... or so guys liked me all together... I feel so bad... everyone seems mad at me... and I cryed today at lunch in front of all those guys... (they tried to cheer me up)
Also today... one of the guys... Tim... gave me a letter saying he loved me and he cried because I was going out with someone else and I felt so embarrassed... and sad... also Dan told me he loved me yesterday trying to get me back... he wants me back....... (he said, "Will I ever get a chance to go out with you?).... that also made me cry....
I have no idea what to do... Tim wants me to break up with John and Dan wants me, but I'm going to the movies this weekend with John (maybe) and I was planning on kissing him.....
PLEASE someone help me... I'm so confused...

Ok, I am 44 yrs. old and my husband is 47, we have been married about 6 months, and are professonal decent people. My problem is my husband is not interested in making love to me, when we first married, we had a decent sex life,. then no more for the past several months. If I bring it up he gets mad. Says hes just tired,or could be his antidepressants he takes, etc.. But he has time to be internet addicted, and reads a lot, anything to keep from being with me. I had caught him on the net several times talking to men, over a year ago, but he had a excuse for that, he was "just messing" with the gay guys for a laugh. Now I wonder. Ive tried talking to him but about this, but he dosent want to discuss it. So what do I do? I love my husband dearly but what do I do, Lonely

I have chin lenghth brownish-blondish hair. on wed. i am getting a cut and color... i know i want my hair more blonde. but i want 2 colors. what colors should i get and does anybody have any idea for a good cut? or websites i want it shorter but not way shorter and lots of layers! i rate 5's all around!
well get different colors of blonde it will look reallllyyy cute! just ask ur stylist to make it look natural!

Im not sure, but i think im starting 2 over eat. I get hungry every 2 hours, eacht ime eating a full meal. I can tell my stomach is gettin fatter jus by the way my clothes r fitting. I also cant stop drinkin soda. I crave it when i cant have it even though i try and fight it. Ive never been overweight. Last time i was weighed which was about a month ago, i was about 110 and im jus barely 5'2" and 13. Do any of you know a way that i can stop eatin so much and tone up my stomach again??? Any help is appreciated!!!
ya im just like that too!! i eat sooo much and cant help it! im around 5'2 and weigh 103 pounds..but the plus is that i do gymnastics so it helps me stay in shape so try to work out some like some good old fashoined crunches and push ups and try running and riding ur bike..remember muscle weighs more than fat!
I am 47 been married 2 1/2 years and for the first time I have never been so much in love, just recently about 6 months ago it seems like I have to beg for attention from my husband not sexual attention even though that department is not like it used to be but I want the hugging, cuddling, holding hands, kissing just to be close. I just do not what to do anymore, I am tired of trying and crying and the funny thing is 7 months ago I weighed 200 lbs and decided I was going to lose it on my own so I got really motivated and lost 60 lbs. I went from a size 18 to a 6 and I thought things between us both in the bedroom and out would change, I was wrong I jst need some good sound advice. Thank you taking the time to read my question. well u see i have this friend and we always get into fights about the stupidist things ever and one time we got in a fight and she asked me a pastense question and when i tried to anwser she got really mad and was sayind things like why do u always bring suff up form the past were talking about this fight noy ones that have happened in the past when i tried telling her the i was only anwsering her question she would not listin! what do i do?
yeah i have a friend like that...it gets on my nerves but i just let it slide cause she will get even more mad if i talk about it but when im really fed up w/ her i confront her about it and sometimes i think mabye she just isnt a good friend?
Hey, I was going to have a sleepover party for my friends on Halloween after we go trick-or-treating with each other. My one friend that I invited is allergic to dogs, cats, and guinea pigs -- which are all of the pets I have. She can't even go in my house because of it. I was considering sleeping out in a tent in the backyard, because it's really big, but it might be too cold by October 31st for that. I don't want to just uninvite her because that might screw up our friendship and that's pretty rude. :\ What should I do?

Ok see i have this friend and we have known each other since we were little. For the last two years he has liked me and i dont know if i like him i tryed to go out with him once but i dont know i felt weird, so i broke up with him and never told anyone i went out with him. But see if he is going out with someone else i suddenly get jelgous and want to be his gurlfriend but when he isnt going out i dont really like him as much. It just really confusses me please i need someone to help me
i think that your just jealous(not in a mean way!) that your closest friend is finding other people that he is interested in..dont worry most people feel this way! :)
