Hey, I was going to have a sleepover party for my friends on Halloween after we go trick-or-treating with each other. My one friend that I invited is allergic to dogs, cats, and guinea pigs -- which are all of the pets I have. She can't even go in my house because of it. I was considering sleeping out in a tent in the backyard, because it's really big, but it might be too cold by October 31st for that. I don't want to just uninvite her because that might screw up our friendship and that's pretty rude. :\ What should I do?

Make sure your friends know they are sleeping outside so they can plan for it. As long as its above freezing, it will be ok. You can build a fire and all that good stuff. There are sleeping bags that can keep you warm even on the coldest night.
Maybe you can plan some alternative day with her if this doesn't work out. She will still probably want to go trick or treating. So, talk to her about it, and see how she feels. [ chaos's advice column | Ask chaos A Question ]

I guess you could prolly make the tent fairly warm, get really warm sleeping bags and make everyone hot cocoa.
