All right, so, I'm 14/f, and this is basically about my guy friend, Jarrod. He really likes one of my best friends, Cora. He has liked her a really long time, and I was the first person he told after almost a year of liking her. He knows he can trust me not to tell anyone because I am an excellent secret-keeper, and so far I have told no one.
Although I did tell him that he should just tell her. Because I had to do that with this guy I liked, and everything turned out fine. But Jarrod and I both know that Cora doesn't really like him that way, although she really cherishes their friendship, I can tell. I told him that if he didn't do it by the end of this school year, I would tell her. (It's also sort of hard to keep this kind of thing from a best friend of yours for this long, even if Jarrod is a good friend too.)
And now, almost completely out of the blue, Jarrod told me that he's not sure why he told me in the first place, that there are other people he should have told before me, and that he doesn't want me privy to his love life anymore, and that I can't, under ANY circumstances, tell Cora. He also said that there is a personal reason that he doesn't want to tell Cora, and that he could not and WOULD not tell me.
What do I do? Why has Jarrod all of a sudden turned on me? Should I tell Cora and risk Jarrod's trust? HELP!!

Maybe it's because you told him that if he didn't tell her that you would. You shouldn't of said that. It is his busniess after all, but I can see you wanting to tell your best friend about the secret. I know it's hard but just don't tell her unless he wants you to, maybe he wants to tell her at the perfect time? You never know. Good luck!!

Ok, today my mom called me fat. Well, I don't think I'm fat because I'm 13 (turning 14 in 2 weeks), I'm 5'5, I weigh 113, and I pretty skinny but I don't have a 4 pack. I don't know what to do. I think I'm just gonna stop eating and become anorexic. I don't wanna go on a diet because I get of them in a few days and they are not help. Umm 113 isn't fat. Your really stupid if your going to become anorexic because when your body doesn't get any food, it thinks that's the way it should be and it adjusts to that so when you do eat, you'll gain more pounds. And that's pretty fucking retarted that your mom called you fat.

Ok well last year all my dreams had come true. The guy I had feel for since I layed eyes on him 3 years ago, had finally liked me (though, we were going out or anything). I was pretty, popular... and I liked it. I wasnt conceited... I tried to act like I didnt know what people thought about me... but really I did. I heard ppl talk... I'm not stupid. Some goths said they didnt like me, some punks said I was too preppy. But I was me... and I liked it! I had my bff by my side always! The guys would usually fall for me... but it wasnt worth it, i had my eye on that one boy (from before). And now I notice that my bff was kind of my follower. I didnt mean to do it. I mean everyone knew we were bff's and we always hung out with the same people... but she didnt get as much attention from boy as me I guess. THEN something terrible happened... My middle school split up into different high schools... I didnt want this to happen at all... I loved my life, and now it was all changing!!! ANYWAYS i went to high school... and now that a year there has passed me and my bff are still friends... we have a lot of the same friends... but things are different. She's the one getting all the guys. Shes more popular because of sports and church and all. And I feel as if I'm the one following her. I hate it! Before it was perfect! my life was great! I felt so comfortable being myself! But now I feel different... I dont want to make a wrong move, I dont know what to say! My sister always likes going swimming with me and my dad. I find it fun too! But the thing is she's been planning it since last Sunday for her me and my dad to go Swimming today. But when I went to the bathroom this morning, I found out that I have my period. So I told my mom that I couldn't go swimming. But then when we were driving home from Church today, my sister brought up the subject, and my mom said that I couldn't go. She kept on asking and asking why I couldn't go and we told her because I can't. So now she's really mad at me. She's only 9 and doesn't know about periods and stuff so she's really mad at me. I feel really bad. I wish she was a little older so that she could know. So now I feel really guilty. What should I do?
