is there something wrong with me??
(14/f) i have a hard time getting along with girls. i only have 3 really close friends that are girls and 2 of them are changing alot and i'm begining not to like how they are acting lately. the majority of my friends are boys. i really can't stand being friends with girls! they always find a way to piss me off and with my guy friends... they are so much more easy going! my friend amanda she's been my best friend for about 3 years and she's the same way as me so i guess that's why we get along. but is there something wrong with me that i don't like being around girls and i just like being around guys??

no, not at all ..some people just tend to get along with guyz so much easier than girlz!! im the same way but i also have girlfriendz..theyre nice to have around to talk to about girl thingz that you cant really expect a guy friend to understand. but itz not unusual at all..alot of girlz..actually more than yu kno..wuld rather prefer having a guy friend over a girl so itz all good girl!! just make sure yu keep at least one girlfriend around so that you can have another girl that can relate to yu and vice versa..!!

No there's nothing wrong with you. It's perfectly normal to not want to hang out with your own sex. I have alot more guy friends now than I did when I was younger because I've realized how gossipy and occasionally annoying girls can be alot of the time. But I still have a few close, really trust worthy girlfriends. Atleast one good girlfriend that sticks around is better than no girl friends at all because you can discuss girl stuff with her. Wouldn't you feel wierd trying to tell a funny girl's room story to, even if you were really close, one of your guy friends? I know I do. So just make sure that you have a good girlfriend around just for girl stuff.

Ok finally someone to relate too! Ive had the same problem since i can remember and it doesnt go away! I was always a Tom boy and wanting to go have fun and not worry about make up and stuff like that, but of course i was a little kid and i didnt know ne better..Girls are jealous, sneaky, 2 faced and very rarely do i find ppl that live around here that are deacent! Guys are fun, go places, they can relate and give you advice just like girls only they usually dont try to steal your boyfriend! I think its normal, how many girlfriends do you need? Just be nice and talk to them but i wouldnt trust em! :*:SaRa:*:

There is nothing wrong with that, guys are WAY cooler and girls judge too much and everything. lol so dont worry about it, even other girls have told me the same thing, i think its a good idea to only be close to 1 or 2 girls, and the rest guy friends. =)

There's nothing wrong with you at all. Most of my friends are guys. I have, like...four really close girl friends, and that's it. It's normal to be more comfy around guys than girls.
No offense to anyone, but girls are bitches. Just in general. I mean, my whole life I've found it easier to hang around guys than it is to hang around girls.

no there's nothing wrong with that at all! i have a lot of guy friends too but i also have some girl friends but no people hang out with guys more because therre isn't as much drama as there is with the girls and if a girl does like you she spreads rumoprs and if a guy doesn't like you he just ignores you so it's a lot easier being friends with guy so no there's nothing wrong with you hope i help! drop one in the inbox if ya need anything!

Ahh!! I am with you girl! THEIR IS NOTHING WRONG WITH NOT GETTING ALONG WITH GIRLS. I cannot get along with any. I actually have just 1 best friend, and actually, she just betrayed me, but guys are THE BEST FRIENDS they give THE BEST advice and you can go to them foreverything!!! I am 16 years old and it's always been this way for me. But I must warn you being friends with the boys the girls are going to become jelous of you, so be prepared for being called a slut, a bitch a whole all of that. But you know it's not true and hold your head up high. I went threw it all, it got so bad I just got out of high school and now I am attending college. But if I could do any of this all over again, I would of never became friends with so many girls, because they will be the first ones to stab you in the back!! =)

theres nothing wrong with it at all. Since i was 12 ive only had 3 close friends that are girls. I cant stand girls, there so petty and bitchy and guys have way more fun. id rather hang out with the guys and work on cars or play video games then hang out at the mall with girls. Its totally normal for you to like to hang out with guys more. You probably just think girls are boring like i do! You can hang out with all the guys you want just know that as you grow up and get older you could end up getting feelings for some of your guy friends. Just try not to let it interfere with you friendship.
