alrite if you REALLY wanna be popular, then just dont be shy no more. become friends with the people that ARE popular, ... that always works, just become there friends, then people will see u hangin wit them n theyll think ur cool so theyll wanna be ur friend.

for the past few months the inside of my right cheek has been really sore. I looked at it in the mirror the other day and there's this ~half inch diameter laceration there. I donno what to do, it hurts and it won't go away. any advice? (link)

dont bite it or anything, just leave it alone and i believe in about a week or less it should go away and if it doesnt ask your mom/dad to look at it and if u shud go to a docter to get it cheked out.

(14/f) i have a hard time getting along with girls. i only have 3 really close friends that are girls and 2 of them are changing alot and i'm begining not to like how they are acting lately. the majority of my friends are boys. i really can't stand being friends with girls! they always find a way to piss me off and with my guy friends... they are so much more easy going! my friend amanda she's been my best friend for about 3 years and she's the same way as me so i guess that's why we get along. but is there something wrong with me that i don't like being around girls and i just like being around guys?? sounds leik u need to make more gurl friends, dont judge sum one by first impression, get to know people. people judge me bc i LOOK liek im a bitch, but im really not, i have soo many friends now cuz they all got to know me.. mayb itll work for you.

be honest, tell the kid you like that u like him.. and tell the other kid you dont like him and u just wanna be friends, and tell them BOTH that its stupid to fight over that cuz its a dumb reason, hopefully theyll understand

I'm 16, and my dad still treats me like I'm a "little girl". My mom and I, we get along so well, because she treats me like a young adult, but my father raises hell whenever I ask him to do ANYTHING. We see a family psycologist, and not even that helps. He's just so effing stubborn. I tell him allll the time " dad I'm not a little girl anymore", but it just doesn't get through to him. I know he's going through this "phase", but isn't over 3 years a little much? I am an only child, and a model, and I know he hates to see me take pictures and wear clothes that expose my stomach and it's just a lot to take. He tells me I have no future because I failed one year of math with exelent effort, and that I'll never make it. He puts me down and makes me feel so effing shitty. It's like he wants my respect, but he doesn't give it back. Any advice at all pllease.

my boyfriend called last night and asked me why i haven't called him all summer. the truth is that i have called but i can never get through. so he thought i was mad at him, but i wasn't. at the end of the coversation we broke up. we had been going out for three months but we never saw or talked to each other. and techanically i shouldn't of been dating him anyway because my parents set the limit at 16. so now that we're not together, i think he's mad at me. its really confusing. what happens now? did i lose him as a friend as well as a boyfriend? if you can help me then please do. thanks. Hey everyone...I need some advice....
Well I met this guy almost 8 months ago. We started talkin and we went out for about a week but things were not workin out because he lived like 30 mins away and neither one of us could drive. So we broke up and didnt talk for a while then we started talkin again and we got really close. He told me he didnt want to go out right then cause we wouldnt ever see each other. He wanted to wait until he could drive. Well he will be able to drive on tuesday. We have had a really hard time the past month or so. He told me he loved me and the whole nine yards. But now he is sayin that he doesnt really want a relationship. And some ppl told me that he said he hated me and never liked me and i asked him and he said he didnt say that. I cant stop thinkin bout him and i really love him a lot. How do I get him to realize that. I have already talked to him and tried to explain. All i want is just to be with him....Please help

a really cute thing you could do is.. put youre hair up in a half ponytail, and then put that pony tail in a messy bun, and the hair thats down seperate it down the middle in a zig zag and braid both sidez.... leik the k-swiss comercial, the gurl has it...

k i FINALLY met a guy, after like a year of being totally single...hes gorgeous, plays football, around my age, and seems like a pretty kool person.. well he started trying to talk to me like last week..but then i went to tahoe for a week and he kept in touch with me EVERYDAY..he called me alot n we talked alot..then i came back yesterday and he met up with me and we hung out for like 5 hours.. from this hang out, we found out that we are TOTALLLL opposites..he is tha biggest PARTY guy i know..he smokes n drinks alllll the time..n he KNOWs that i think its the biggest turn off, yet he talks about it n stuff. and right when i first saw him at the spot we were suppose to meet, he was sitting down, smoking a cigg, and was like "hey wassup..lemme juss finish this stoge." so i waited there for like 2 minutes, just standing there waiting for him to finish his stupid cigg...after that we walked around n talked...we got to know eachother really well...but we are, again, TOTALL opposites..he said that im different then any other girl hes ever met cause all of them drink and smoke and are like stupid..he said im the first girl that hes ever had a real good convo with..we are really attracted to eachother physically..and im really into him, like even tho we are opposites i really wanna still try and make this work..and we were talking about how different we were, then he was like..well u know whut they say, opposites attract...aCouple my friends were around and i introduced them to him..and i walked off cause my phone rang, and they told me that they asked him if he liked me and he kinda didnt answer it fully, but he basically said that im totally different and im cute, and smarter than any other girlz hes met, but im kinda uptight..he told them that we are both shy right now..he said that he doesnt think id be able to handle his friends becaues they are total partiers..then like when we were about to like go home for the night..his goodbye SUCKED. like his friend called at the same time we were both leaving, and he answered it, and then he turned to me and said something like who should call who? then i was like u can call me onli if u want to..then he was like okay ill call u after football practice..then that was like it...its weird cause hes totally opposite from me...but i wanna try it out..the thing is, im really scared that hes not gunna call me again cause hes not into the fact that we are so opposite...i dunno im kinda down..whut do u guyz think?? Im a wild girl, but when it comes to makin the 'first moves' i get kinda shy. My boyfriend isnt that experienced so he's not really into making the first move either. So heres the problem: How can we get stuff one if were both like that bc its not like i dont want to make the first move its just more so that i dont want to get rejected or anything. well, if hes not going to make the move then you should. even if you dont like to but thats probebly the only way youre going to get somewhere. like go up to him and kiss him or something, (dont do too much to start) and leik by wat he says/does youll know if that was taking it "too far" but i doubt it will.

there is nothing wrong with you, why dont you just find a boy you like, hang with them and then theyll see how cool you are and then theyll like you. and from youre height and weight. you dont seem fat so dont worry about that.

yea that is normal, its a good thing youre not rushing and having sex though! youre still young. but if youre leik 20 then theres a problem. lol...if you DO want a boyfriend, why not make a move and let a boy know you like him or even ask a boy out.
