ok well i'm usually an active person. i play soccer and basketball alot and i'm on the school teams... i hurt my ankle so im out for a little in my soccer season... how can i stay in shape for when i can play again and possibly lose a little weight?

I do gymnastics and it was the middle of my track season and the end of my volleyball season. What i did, was one leg push ups. You do push-ups on ur good leg and swing ur bad leg over the back of your good boot. Crunches work well to. Mostly abs. Arm raises, pull-ups, there's a lot to do with an injured foot.
