Me and my friend really want to get fit, is there any good dances that keep you toned?

You and your friend should take up a jazz or acrobatics class. The instructors will probably work hard with you to get you fit.

I dont think dancing is gonna help you get fit. I would try doin the old fashioned sit ups, theyr a pain but they work. In track practice we do 8 minute abs and it works great! It burns but ya gotta stick with it. Good Luck!

Yes dance is an awesume way to get toned!Im starting dance this year=D My friends have told me it really helps.Just look in a phone book for dance classes!Have fun in dance!

Aerobics [spelling of that I'm not sure] works wonders. And you could also buy work out aerobic video tapes. Those are fun for a group to do together. But be careful, and dont stress yourself out.

Me and my friend take ballet at american dance institute in rockville. you get really fit but if you dont want to take that there is also jazz, modern, flamenco, and hip hop (but its not at adi anymore)

there's hip hop cuz you have to move alot and I mean really move alot you do things that are like exercie moves...lol..try hip hop or Jazz
