xplisit15 answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 6:09 pm: I dont think dancing is gonna help you get fit. I would try doin the old fashioned sit ups, theyr a pain but they work. bananaboatLC89 answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 2:45 pm: Me and my friend take ballet at american dance institute in rockville. you get really fit but if you dont want to take that there is also jazz, modern, flamenco, and hip hop (but its not at adi anymore)
