I am twenty-one, soon to be twenty-two, and currently work in a loan servicing department. I truly enjoy my job, as well as college, in which I am reaching my last year to receive my degree. Helping others has always been my passionate, from a young age I knew that I wanted to help other people and be a great influence in making someone's life turn for the better. My boyfriend is not coming home right after work but he calls me and stuff and recently he hasnt been coming over. I feel like my heart is tearing apart but I cant leave him because I love him to much. His attitude has changed a lot and its like i am alone. Someone help me i want to be loved. Usually when you think someone is cheating on you, most likely, they are. I would trust your intuition, as far as my opinion, something is definitely up. I think you should talk to him, because there may even be something going on with his ex. I hope I'm wrong, but it is a possibility.

okay wel my love life has never been the best. i always fall for the wrong guys. so now u have two guys that i care aboyt but i can obvioously can only have 1. okay so guy #1(we will just call him that) is amazing, he knows what to say to me and i know he really cares. but he lives like two hours away.. and me and him are very realistic and know that it wouldnt work. but i still want to be with him. then there is boy #2 who knows also what to say and how to touch and all of that but the problem is he hasnt always treated girls the best and my younger sister likes him. now i want both of these guys but i dont know which one to go too.... it seems that i really cant be with either of them :( and i want them both!!!!!! so if anybody can help i would really apprecitae it..... thanks (link)

Unfortunately, both of these choices have their downfalls. Let's examine them...
Guy 1) The only downfall with him is that he lives two hours away. From my experience, long distant relationships CAN work, however, it is anything, but easy. I've done it, I cannot tell you how many nights I sat and cried. I don't recommend it, it's just so difficult to deal with. So I think your best bet is to not date this one, only because of that reason.
Guy 2) On the hand, this guy has two downfalls - your little sister likes him, meaning big trouble if the two of your date. And if he doesn't treat girls the way they deserve to be treated, that's not-so-good either. I actually wouldn't recommend this guy for you either, but if you want to give it a try - go for it. Just be prepared that things may not go well, and you shouldn't settle for anything less than what you deserve. I'd talk to your sister about it first, though it unfortunately, may not go so well.

I believe these are what you're talking about, I've seen them at anywhere from Wal-Mart to a local drugstore. So you can pretty much find them about anywhere. I think a good price amount is ranging from $25-$50.

I'm 15, female.
I like my ex boyfriend still. We were taking "break" from each other, and he started like hating me cause he THOUGHT I was talking to another guy, but I wasn't. Well, then he started talking to another girl, but we all know he didn't really like her. He's around a lot, and I really know he still likes me even though he hasn't said anything, but we have had a thing for each other for about 4 years now. When were together I want to be with him so bad, and I know he does too, I can tell. Neither one of us will make the first move, but I feel like I can't because I don't want him to have that power over me, knowing he can get what he wants without dating me. I want to talk to him but he answers "I don't know" to just about anything you ask him ever. I'm so confused and so upset all the time, and I'm tired of dealing with it. I can't just "get over him" because gee, I've tried doing that for about the past year now. He's 17, male. What do I do? (link)

This is a real toughie, and I'm sorry to hear you're in this situation. I'm going to give you the best advice I can give you, and I hope it helps you, even if it's only a little bit.
If you really believe in your heart that he still has feelings for you, the only way you're going to find out if that's true or if the relationship can work again - is to make the first move. I know, it isn't an easy thing and can make you seem "powerless," but it's the only way to really figure it out and it will either let you know if something is or isn't going to work. And I think you really need to know that soon, because it sounds like you're really depressed over this (as I would be, if I were in your situation).
Let's say things work out and the two of you enter a relationship again - that's great. However, if it goes sour and things do not work out, your best bet is to get over him. Yes, it will take time, you may not ever be completely over him, but it's best if you focus on other things. Your priorities, not boys. It's a difficult thing to do, especially in your situation, but it's just about your only choice if the two of you don't get back together.
I wish you the best of luck, and I hope things work out. If they don't, it's just something that isn't meant to be, and you'll find a better one someday.

I'm sorry, I personally don't think that's possible - at least not with the jobs where I live. The only thing I can think of, even though it probably won't make that amount of money, is to clean houses (a bunch of houses), babysit children, walk dogs or take care of dogs, etc. That's really the only thing I can think of, sorry I'm not-so-helpful with this, but it's not an easy thing to come up with that large sum of money, within a couple of days or even a week's time.

alright. so i have a boyfriend. and weve been dating for almost 2 months. things are going absolutley great. but theres just one problem.
in the beginning of our relatesonship, we would be all kissy kissy all the time. not just like pecks on the lips, like passionate kisses. or longer kisses.
now, we dont do that. i mean, i try, and he just doesnt do it.
i tried talking to him, twice, and still nothing has changed.
i know he cares about me, otherwise, we wouldnt be dating, but im just so confused.

This is a toughie, considering you've already talked to him more than once about this. It's unfortunate that nothing has changed, I'm afraid it won't change at all now - since you have talked to him on more than one occasion. I'm assuming since you've asked this question, it's really bothering you (as it would me, as well).
Here's what I would do: I would talk to him once more, and only once more and tell him that something needs to change, or he needs to tell you exactly what's going on. Obviously, something is going on, otherwise, things would be the same as they were before. And unfortunately, there aren't. This is the best advice I can give you, I hope everything works out. =)

i've been in love with this guy since i was 9 (never knew if he loved me back, but we were good friends) and we're seeing a movie together in about a month. (alone) The thing is, I like him soooooo much and in my mind it's a first date- but I don't know if he thinks it's just a friend thing or not... how can I know wheather or not to kiss him/hold his hand or anything?

Hello, I'm in a similar situation with my best guy friend. Actually, he's my best friend in the whole world, so I know how you're feeling. I'm not sure that it's the right time to come out and tell him how you feel, since this is sort of a first date or get together alone - so try to read his body language and notice the way he talks to you, whether it be flirting with you, or with a low toned voice, etc. There are plenty of ways to tell if he feels the same as you do, though I know sometimes, it isn't the easy. I've been going out with my boyfriend for almost 6 months now... well by Christmas that will be 7 months. I have random little ideas for a gift for him, like based off of inside jokes we have and stuff. I'm not really into generic gifts, like chocolate etc... The problem is just that, though - all the gift ideas I have are LITTLE. I don't think they would really amount to anything, I've only thought of a few. Is there a way I can tie small gifts and a bigger gift together in a way that they would make a good gift? And what can that big gift be? I need some creative ideas on what to get my boyfriend for Christmas. I usually go all out and make him something really nice. Our first Christmas together, I made him a nice fleece blanket. The next Christmas, I made him a hollow book and decorated it all nice and I put cute little love notes/quotes inside of it for him.
I want to do something along those lines for him this year, but I can't think of what to do. Money is not an issue, but it has to be something creative. Something I put work into. I'm not into just buying him cologne or a sweater and calling it a day. I want his gift to be special, but something he can use too. Any ideas? (link)

Alright, well me and my boyfriend have been dating for 3 months. When christmas comes, it will be almost 5. We've been together for a long time and we talked for awhile before we became officaial. I really don't know what to get him for christmas. I'm really the type of person to go all out, because that's what he's going to do. For his birthday I got him a build-a-bear, but that was before we were even going out. For our anniversaries, I always make him something, buy him something, and usualy write him a heart felt note or a poem. I'm really really good with words, and he loves when I write to him. I want to get him soemthnig nice. Writting just a note won't be enough, becuase I write to him all the time. We always wrtie to eachother.
He's really into BMX and his favorite thing is snowboarding. He just loves extreme sprots, but I mena I can't really do anything with that. I want to get him something that will show how much I really love and care about him.

ok so id seen this guy around school and we kind of knew each other just through other people. so i sent him a request on facebook. but rite wen he added me, he sent me a message that just said, wassup. so i messaged him back, and basically our conversation lasted for 2 days, because we both got on and off in between. we werent really talking about anything special, but it was definitely flirting and i was starting to like him. we exchanged numbers and then we started texting A LOT. and at school after our conversation, he would give me hugs and like to always get hugged up with me, but i dont know why. and this was at the beginning of the week and now he doesn't do much. then on facebook he just changed his status to, "will u be mine" and i havent really seen him talking to anyone else so im thinking its me. basically i just want to know what he's feeling about me rite now, but id really want to ask him, bcuz hes the kind of person who would try to avoid me after asking a question like that. what should i do? Absolutely, you can still get pregnant. It's a common misconception that if you're on your period - you can't get pregnant. And if you use the pull out method, you cannot get pregnant either. Both of those are totally FALSE, please don't play into them anymore.
