You should have supplied more information, like how long you have been with her and how much you are willing to spend. Since I don't know what she personally likes, here's a list you can choose from:

Flowers
Perfume
Picture frame with a picture of you both inside
Make a scrap book
Cuddly toys
Whatever chocolates/sweets she likes

If you know she has any hobbies or interests, get her something related to them.
