Ok..I'm a redhead 15/F and i really like this guy. Well he seemed to be diggen me or whatever soo one night i texted to see if he wanted to do something tom. He texted me back and said he is not attracted to redheads and that if i like him more than that than its not gonna work because he doesnt like me. I was heart broken. I mean red hair is kind of rare and i mean im not ugly at all..and i dont have the pale skin like one either. I look a little different but still i have red hair. My question is..in your opinion is red hair ugly and why dont guys like red hair?

yeah that guy is really shallow/immature. Most people that have ever colored their hair get sick of blond highlights and go red at least once... everyone has a red phase because it's attractive. I like it. I promise not all guys are that shallow.

Most female athletes use pre-wrap as a head band. you just rip it, tie it in a knot and put it in your hair. it's to hold bangs/hair back.

I need help cleaning my carpet. Somehow my toddler managed to rub into her bedroom carpet what seems to be ketchup, toothpaste, shampoo, and maybe some other things.

I haven't been able to climb stairs due to pregnancy complications and we've been sleeping downstairs. So imagine my surprise when I crawl up the stairs to finish new baby preparations to find these things dried into the carpet.

It is so gross. How do I clean it? My baby is due in just a week and I really want the carpet clean before she gets here. Also, the cheaper the better. Thanks so much!

My mom used resolve spray on our carpets when we hadaa toddler in the house. It worked pretty well and you can find it anywhere.

Its my birthday in a week (yes happy birthday to me!) and my uncle always sends me a gift card. This year, he sent me 50 dollars to old navy. Great right? No! I hate old navy. So, I would like some help picking out some cute things! I shop at places like macys, hollister, ae, a&f, aero, and places like that. So thanks so much!

another option is to see the gift card. I would give it to my mom to give to a cousin on the other side of the family for christmas/holiday celebration and use the $50 bucks at hollister. if thats not an option, save the gift card until you need something or see something really cute at old navy that you just have to have. goodluck!

I don't think they're a huge deal but you know how parents are... always think of all the possible things you could have been doing. persoanlly, I wouldn't want a hickey but if you must, put them somewhere that isnt noticeable.

I stumbled across this site by accident. I seriously doubt many of you have the qualifications to give real people proper advice. After reading some of your responses to people's inquiries i was quite astonished as to how teenagers find they are able to give quality advice and information to real people in need with such little life experience. If you ask me you are not in a place to give your "personal opinion" when people truly believe you are giving them the right answer simply because you claim "people think i give really good advice". (eg. i am still at a loss as to how a 17 year old girl thinks she can give advice to someone regarding conceiving a child) I know you try to come across as a "godsend" to poeple who are in some sort of personal crisis and need a fast easy answer but the truth is, in the cases where it really counts, there rarely is one; at least not from you.

Let me start off by saying that everyone has SOMETHING they are good at giving advice about. Maybe it doesn't seem like they are old enough to know some things, but truth is, they very well could be. I may be young, but when a teacher or parent doesn't know how to fix their computer or other electronic device, guess who they come crying to... the teenager of the family.
Another thing is that this is a public website. If one of us can't give "proper advice", other people that answer can give their bit and complete the other person's thought or idea. Also, if someone is asking a serious question about something that can easily be found on the internet or a reference book, they are probably not very smart and basically any answer or information could help them out.
Most teens just need someone to listen to them and maybe give them some guidance from someone outside of the loop that sees the big picture. Think of it as a support group - a family, if you will. Your family, like your fellow advice givers, want the best for you but might not always be right. Live with it.
As for claiming "people think I give really good advice", they could be referring to their fashion advice or something else that is teen-related and useful for this site.
In conclusion, If you don't like this site - Leave. No one is making you stay. That's my advice to you since this IS an advice site - not a forum to bitch about how dumb teenagers are.

When i was younger, like gradeschool age, I had a lot of acne and i was pretty big and the boys didn't really like me. but, as i got older and in high school, the boys looked beyond and started to like me. don't worry about it - as long as its under control and you have a nice personality, boys will like you for who you are beyond your acne. and if it's stops them from going out with you, they're not worth it anyway. it's immature to judge a person but that.
