Hi. My hair is naturally wavy but I need to straighten it in the morning or it looks AWFUL. I would like to have the pretty waves that i see all the time. is there an easy way to get like natural looking waves easily? like do i need curlers or what?? Please and thank you!

My hair is wavy-ish/curly. When I want like, beachy waves, I let my hair dry naturally and just hold my staightener on sections for like 5 seconds each, but I don't run the straightener through my hair.

I never use curlers, but I sometimes use a curling iron to give my hair extra curls.

okay i have side bangs and i just wanted to trim them a little. i didnt want to go to a hair place just to do that so i asked me mom to. yes bad idea. i told her under my eye and then she did it at my eyebrow!! i look so bad what can i do to fix it. it to short to put in the poof so i cant do that, what should i do i have school tomorrow!!!!!!1

ok heres the deal, i went to my friends bat mitzfa with my best friends chelsea and ellen, well we all took this picture and there was this one pic where it turned out perfect and we all didnt get cut out, i grabbed it knowing they would try to snag it, ok well today i brought all the bat mitzfa pics to show my other friends and later that day i saw the picture in my purse was gone!!! ok well i thought this wasnt a big dee because i could have put it in my backpack or something so it was no biggie, but later i went up to chelsea and asked for my calculator back, and i saw the picture in her bookbag i was like "chelsea, by any chance did you maybe take that from my purse by accident?" and she said "no, ellen said she got it and then gave it to me." and i dont want to be mean, but its a really nice picture in a keychain and stuff and well i dont know what to do or say, i want the picture but, i dont want to loose any friends in the process, so can you give me advice on how to deal with this??

I am in a choir of 35 girls-one with a stealing problem.

Whenever we want something back, we just go, "Okay, leave it somewhere with a note with my name on it, no questions asked I just want my stuff back."

i have a JVC 250x video camera & i want to be able to edit the things i tape on the computer. what is an inexpensive program i can find at a store like staples or walmart? i want something not hard to use & not too much money. also, do they come with the wire to hook it up to the computer, because i don't think i have one. if not, where can i get one?

It depends on what computer you have-I have a Mac and it comes with software. Chances are, you have a PC.

My dad is a professional editor, and he uses Avid and Final Cut Pro. I don't know how expensive these are, but you couls always google:

And no, no software comes with a cable. You should have gotten those, and wherever you buy the software will probably have knowledgable sales staff to assist you in purchasing the appropriate accessories.

Ok some im not a tottal reject who doesnt know how to hold there breath. It just seems to hurt my nose when I go under. Is there something I could be doing wrong?? Im not breathing in my nose cause im not that retarted. Can you give me some pointers on what to do. I used to wear those goggles with the nose cover but im afraid this year I'll get made fun of. Can you give me some pointers on what to do. Could it just be im so used to plugging my nose with the goggles? Should I just try start the summer off without them and see how that works?? what kinds of phones work for verizon? like nokia, or is that its own network? what about motorola? and any others please

Most phones work with Verizon. They, in their stores, carry mostly Samsung and LG phones, along with some of other brands, like the Motorola RAZR.

Nokia is not a phone network, it's just a brand of phones. Same with Motorola etc.

I have to remember a poem for school. Any tricks to help me memorize it? It's pretty long.

Learn it backwards. Like for example if the last sentence was, "And my dog died," then you would memorize, "died dog my and" after you had memorized it the right way around.

Studies have consistently shown that this is one of the most effective ways to memorize something-I do it all the time to remember words for songs.

I'm 16. My mom always tells me when to do my laundry, when to put it up, and when to clean my room, and quite frankly, I'm sick of it. She always says to me, "You're 16! You should know better than that!" and, "You're 16, you need to get a job!" Basically she uses my being 16 as a reason for me to grow up. Well I can't grow up when my mom won't stop yelling at me to put up my clean clothes when I can do it later. How is clean clothes in a basket in my room going to bother her, or anyone else for that matter?

Wow, I have the exact same problem.

I actually am two years younger than you and have two jobs, so I have a hard time empathizing with you there. With the clothes, I don't do it and hen use it to bribe her, like I'll clean up my clothes if you let me do this or that. Not someting I recommend, though, my mom is unique and her intelligence level is slightly below normal.

This is for people in high school. Sorry if it's long but I'll rate all 5s && give feedback! When you go into high school from middle school, does everything change alot? && Also, do you loose a lot of friends/do a lot of people change/is there a lot more work?? I'm sorry to ansswer so late-I just found your question.

I actually didn't have a hard transition at all. Yes, I did lose friends, but I made SO many new friends that it all works. Everyone that I know has changed in some way. Like, all of my friends understand that, and no one in my friend circle has changed drastically.

I'm a freshman, and I don't think that there's a lot of work, but it depends on your courses/teachers. I have about 20-30 minutes of homework on average every night.

High school has been amazing so far, and I'm excited beyond words for this upcoming year. Make sure that you join clubs//sports//activities, though. I'm in choir this year and it's the best thing that's ever happened to me. Seriously.

I have made more guy friends, and I still have most of my girl friends. High school, I think, is when boys start to grow up and girls start to come into their own nd develop their own sense of beauty//style. I know i have.

Hey so I am thinking about ordering some shirts from forever21.com & I was wondering if they really are as long as they appear in the picutres, because yeah.. theres a dress code at my schoool.

Well, I'm thirteen and I'm starting to use tampons (or at least trying to start). When I try to insert the tampon, it stings a little because it is dry and solid. I know what to do and how to do it but I was wondering if I will get some sort of infection if I use vasaline to make it go in easier. I mean, if I put a little by my area and a little on the tampon. I won't glob it on, but just enough to make it smoother. Before I experiment with this, I want to know if it is a mistake or if it can harm me. I WILL RATE! PROMISE!

I'm sure a little petroleum jelly is fine, but it might irritate you.

I suggest Tampax Pearl tampons. They are really smooth.

I'm trying to learn a backflip on the trampoline.. I can do one on my but like jump til you get high and then land on your but and do a backflip and land it.. My friends says it's easier.. but I'm just afraid of landing on my neck I feel like I could do it..I'm going to get someone to spot me.. but it just makes me more scared of hurting them

Jump high, watch your toes, and tuck your knees, but keep your knees apart.

yes. so me and this girl were going out for a while and it was really great but then all the sudden she breaks up, i mean it was so sudden. ugg i want to hate her now, but i still like her soo much. darn. give me some advice to clear my mind and move on.

If she suddenly broke it off with you, somethings up. (Well, you already knew that.) It's good that you don't hate her, becuase I'm pretty sure that it's the last thing that she wants.

Like, I think it's awesome how exes can become best friends. Is she really gone for good? If so, she left you with a lot of ambiguity, which is slightly disheartening.

i think that you should tell your ex that you still like her and move on with life. That way, the ball is in her court, and you won't have any regrets (hopefully).

I'm sure that there are tons of other amazing girls out there.

One of the guys I really, really liked moved across the country awhile ago. I was kinda depressed about it becuase our platonic relationship was actually going somewhere. Not as bad as a breakup, but still sucky. I was pretty pessimistic about the whole liking people thing until I met someone new.

I think that the best thing you can do is give her time. Maybe something happened and she might want you back. It's not fair of her to do that to you, but you never know.

Don't demand an explanation, though. If she didn't share it with you, then there's a reson. Chances are, it's not something that you did.

I do hope that you find someone else or that she comes around.
