ok, well i know 2 brothers, one he lets the dreadlocks grow naturally, but the other one puts them in his hair himself. now what you do to put them in your self is take some hair
(alot if you want a big dreadlock) and take it in 4 peices then cross them while bringing them down. it mats the hair. but all you have to do is brush it out.

ok well i don't have pictures, but the easiest and cutest thing is layers, start at your chin and go all the way down. you can straighten it, curl it in , curl it out, put all up, put some up... also try straighting it maybe if you like straight hair. but the layers is the best i got.

will make your range larger so it is more
comfortable to sing higher and lower.

take a huge breath of air, and just push the
note over! give it all you've got, and don't

Every two weeks I like to go one day with out eating, or skipping a meal. I do not do it to lose weight but I have heard it is good for you ( I still drink water ) and it helps to flush out toxins in your body. Is this true? I regularily eat small meals throughout the day that are healthy and I get usually 2-4 hours of exercise a day. After fasting for a day I continue with my normal eating pattern and I do not try to eat a lot to make up for it.

yes it is benificial and it is good that you do this. it helps purify the body and also it helps cleanse your mind. it makes you think more clearly. but just be sure to take it easy and not over do it. i went 3 days on a fast, but no more than that is what i would reccomend. so kudos to you!!!

your body is still getting used to your cycle. i remember i didn't have mine for like 8 months once. but it will be fine, it's normal. it will take a while maybe even a few years until it is a regular cycle. so don't worry.
