how do you know when your period has ended

how do you know if your period has ended, this is the first time that ive had my period :[ i started it july 3rd.

well first of all, congrats. ok well it will probably stop for a little while and then start again, it will take a while to have a regular cycle. if you use a small piece of toilet paper and stick it up like a tampon, and it comes back clear, then it should have stopped but just since it is your first time, wear a pad an extra day.

It gradually becomes lighter and the blood flow is less frequent! They normally last a week. They can last longer or for even as little as 2 days.
