Hi, one of the main reasons why I think it tears or breaks is because it is made out of very thin rubber and if stretched really hard it will simply break. Other things such as it is old and isn't used properly is another factor. Daniel.

well there are a few different reasons.
1. it is not the correct size
2. it is put on wrong
3. it is old
4. certain lubricants are used
5. way too much movement

There are a few ways. One way could be because it was not put on correctly. Another way is if an oil based lube is used. Also if a condom is passed its expiration date, it is more likly to break.

Most of the time a condom will break during sex for not being put on correctly. That really is the only reason I know that is would happen.
