if i really like someone and we are going out and we dont really see eachother what should i do ?

Hey hun. You know what? That just happened to me. And we broke up, because we never saw each other. But he really loved me (or so he said)and I didn't love him back, I just really liked him. But if you LOVE him, then you shouldn't break up with him, and you have to know if he loves you, too. Because if it's a long distance relationship (or if you just never see each other for some reason) and you love each other, then you can work it out. Do you call each other? If you don't, you should! And every day! Maybe talk to him about the problem try to come up with solutions. Try to see if your parents and his parents can talk to each other and decide on something and make plans, like a movie or something. Hey, don't worry, nothing's wrong with you. There's something wrong with those guys though. A lot of guys are stupid and will only want you for sex, and you don't want that. Is it true once you get your period that you're breasts start to grow alot more faster? I heard that they grow another 2 inches...is that true? thnx

Hmmm, I'm not sure. If it does, it doesn't work for me. I've had my period for 3 years, and my breasts haven't grown at all. The only thing I've heard that's connected to that is when you notice that your breasts start growing, is when you'll start your 1st period, which is true. Hope I helped a little. ♥ Erin

I am 13 and a girl who has never had a boyfriend and I think think this is my chance.There is this boy who has gone to mostly every school I have gone to(were in the same grade).But I think he likes me.Its like he has been drooping clues like he stares at me all the time with this serious look on his face,he saved me one time(if thats what you wanna call it)because I was walking and I wasn`t waching where I was going so I was about to bump into the wall then he said somthing to me then that made me look up,and his friend keeps on looking at me and once he was starring at me so I turend around to look and he quikly turend around.So how do I figure out if he likes me without talking to him and can you give me information on how to tell if a boy likes you.

I think it sounds like he likes you, but I'm not sure. Just try flirting with him, and see if he flirts back. If he does, he likes you. You could also ask one of your friends to ask one of his friends if he likes you. If a guy likes you, he'll try to be with you as much as possible, maybe directing his conversation to just you and not the rest of of the group, and some guys try to put their arm around your shoulder. I think you should invite him to go to the movies with you. Ask him to bring a friend, and bring one of your friends. And just flirt and see what happens! Good luck! ♥ Erin

I've been married for 20 years & never have, and never will cheat on my husband.
A single younger man where I work started flirting with me. He basically expressed his attraction towards me, which was extremely flattering. I let him know right away that I would never cheat on my husband. He seemed to accept this & we have continued to commincate throught our email at work & a couple of coffee breaks.
I have really enjoyed the flattery - I'm 48, he's 37. Once I realized that he really wasn't just trying to get me into bed & truly liked me as a person - I felt great.
He's extremely careered oriented & doesn't have time for a comitted relationship at this point.

I just don't understand why when I started flirting back with him, why he has backed off. I liked the flattery, and am hurt. He started all this.

I simply don't understand why he is reacting this way, I don't need a lecture on why this is unhealthy, I already know from the way I feel.

I think that when he 1st started to flirt with you, he didn't know you were married, but once he knew and saw that you were flirting with him, he might've been wondering why you were flirting with him, since you said you'd never cheat on your husband. He doesn't want to be involved with a possible affair. He's probably confused. Just be happy being friends, it seems like he really respects you. Good luck! Hope I helped!

Ok...so i have braces and I just got chain put on them...and for those of you who know what that is you probbly know how bad that hurts!! Please tell me what to do for the pain! It is killing me!

Aw, I remember those. Just take some Aspirin, Ibuprofiin, or Motrin (that works best), and lay down and watch TV. That will help a lot. And if it's hurting your gums, put on some wax. I hope you feel better, good luck! ♥ Erin

Yes, I'm going into high school next year and yes, I am freaking nervous. I know it's not as exaggerated as the movies make it seems, what with the plastics and all, but I'm not quite sure what to expect. Somebody enlighten me?

Ok, well I'm a junior right now, and I can tell you that high school is definitely better than middle school. You have so much more freedom. But the work is harder and you get more homework, meaning lots more responsibility. There's more guys though. ;) Lol. It seems big, but you'll be fine after a week. If they don't give you one, ask for a map of the high school, because that helps a lot. Don't worry, it's not like Mean Girls. Good luck! Hope I helped!

Ok, this is how it is. Have 2 bestfriends at school; we have been friends 4ever. Anyway one of my friends {Lets call her Karla}found out that my other bf {Lets call her Tisha} was talking about her behind her back. It's very hard 4 me because everytime I talk to 1 of them the other 1 asks if she said anything about her. It's driving me nuts! I don't know if I can take it anymore. Anyway I've been friends with "Karla" longer than I have "Tisha". I've known "Karla" 4 about 8 years, and I've been friends with "Tisha" 4 about 2 years. I'm so confused and I cannot deal with it any longer. Anyway school is almost out, so maybe everything will get solved. {We only have 4 days left} But I really need help! Since there's only 4 days left I've been thinking of not talking 2 any of them? What should I do?

That's a really tough situation, but you just need to tell them both (separately) how it's making you feel. Tell them that you feel like you're caught in the middle and that it's really frustrating to see them both fighting. If they're really your friends, then they will stop putting you in the middle and spare your feelings. But don't stop talking to them, because they'll just get mad at you, and then you won't have any best friends. my friends ken and sarah really like each other. they just started dating yesterday. the problem is, she lives an hour away from our town. they both love each other so much, but she is having a few doubts about the long distance relationship. i think LDR's are hard and don't usually work out, but i think these two can pull it off with their love. what do you think they should do? if you need more info, please tell and i will give it.

Hi. I am in a long distance relationship right now, and me and my boyfriend call each other everyday. Just tell them to call each other a lot and maybe email or write letters? Alright, I am 16 and I live with my twin sister, my 19 year old brother, and my mom. She has always been pretty overprotective, especially after my dad died of brain cancer. But recently it has gotten uncontrollable. She makes up stupid excuses so I can't go hang out with my best friend. She acts like she doesn't trust me but when I ask her why she doesn't she doesn't give a reason. I have a feeling that the reason she doesn't want me going places is because she doesn't want me growing up so fast. I am going to be a Junior in High school this year and then I will be graduating in 2007 and going to college. She needs to understand that I am becoming more independent and will be an adult soon. She even went as far as keeping me from getting my liscence until I finally was able to convince her to allow me to get it. If anyone has any advice for me about how I can get my mom to give me more indepedence and actually try to listen to my side of the view.

Hey. First off, I want to say I'm very sorry about your dad. I think that might be one of the reasons your mom is so overprotective. She's already lost someone she loves, and she doesn't want to lose another. But there are things you can do to get more independence:

1) Take responsibility - meaning, doing your chores and homework without being told. For ex. if your mom is going to work late, offer to make dinner for your family. It not only helps you build some of the life skills you need to take care of yourself, but it also shows your mom that you understand that being independent isn't just doing what you want.

2) Be respectful - if you give her the respect she wants, then she'll start treating you like the mature person that you are

Try talking to her about how you feel. She's used to treating you like a child, so it'll take time, but she'll eventually get the message and start treating you with more respect, responsibility, and most importantly, give you more freedom. I hope this helped.

This notification pop up is annoying the crap out of me. I keep clicking OK since there is no other option to choose from. It says "Run time error '26001':

Hey, I'm not sure what that is, but I think you can close it. Press Ctrl Alt Delete and the task manager comes up. Then click on the pop up thing, and click on End Task. If it still won't go away, it's probably a virus and you should get someone to fix it. Good luck! Hope I helped!

Hi my dog Jefferson, Great Pyrenees 10 years old died on May 5th. He had a tumor in his foot and on may 4th he didnt move and wouldnt eat. So I got really scared and thought about what could happen. Then the next morning he was outside with his tongue out of his mouth with a pool of saliva. His blinking reflexing weren't working anymore and he was breathing very shallow. Well when I got home he had died. And it was very sad for me and I cried a lot for the first 2 days. Now I just only cry when I see his hair somewhere. I really miss him and I've had him for 9 1/2 years. I dont know what to do right now because I miss him soo much and I need advice to make me feel better.

Hey, I think you are the one who answered my question? I totally know how you feel. I had my dog for 7 years when she died, which is really young, and so is 9 1/2. I was really sad and cried for the longest time. What really helped me is just talking about your dog with friends and family and just sharing the memories and pictures that you have. It really does help to cry, it gets it out of your system. This happened recently, so it's going to take time. My dog died Feb. 4, and I'm still sad, but I don't cry as much. Time is a good healer. It's about losing a pet and where they are at now. I will be truthful about this, it WILL make you cry. Every time you watch it, lol. But you have no idea how much it helps. But what mostly helped me, was hanging out with my friends. They made me feel better and helped me forget about it for awhile. Again, I am sooo sorry about your dog, and if you want to talk, I would be happy to talk to you about it, because I know exactly how you feel. It really sucks to lose a pet, and you are not alone. P.S. Another thing that really helped (I don't think it's free though, sorry) is this lady, (she has a website) who is like the Pet Psychic (if you've ever seen that on Animal Planet) and she can apparently talk to your pet for you and tell you how it's doing and everything. There are actually many different ones you can go to, and many will actually have a phone session with you, and for us, we literally waited for only an hour. It's very comforting. It's like you're talking to your dog. Good luck with everything, I hope I helped.

No, nothing's wrong. It's perfectly normal, especially in the first few years. Plus, the number of days between your periods varies with different girls. It can be anywhere from 15-40 days! So don't worry, you're fine. Hope I helped!

When I was ill recently, I really relied on my partner, and he was wonderful at looking after me. I've told him how thankful I am and how much it meant to me, but I'd really like to show how grateful I am and am really stuck for what would be appropriate. Would a card or gift be tacky/inappropriate? I saw a book I know he'd enjoy, but it doesn't feel quite the right way to say 'thanks' for all that he's done.

Basically, I'm just looking for opinions - should I get him a small token like the book, or is it more appropriate to just talk to him about it as I have been doing?
