Stretch marks are normal and every girl gets them. It just shows that your breasts are growing. As breasts grow, the skin fibers can stretch and snap. Stretch marks might fade within a year but if you want your stretch marks to fade quicker use cocoa butter, mederma( a cream that you can get at a drug store) or get some kind of a prescription like Retin A. If you walk/run on your treadmill for about 20-30 minutes each day that will only improve your cardio and it don't tone your stomach and legs. MOST IMPORTANTLY you have to do stomach exercises such as crunches and sit ups after your cardio workout on the treadmill. You also need to do leg exercises such as lunges and squats. You won't notice any results if you don't do any stomach and leg exercises.

Here is a recipe for baked pasta with sausage, cheese and tomatoes. It tastes really good and it is easy to make.
1 (1-pound) package uncooked ziti (short tube-shaped pasta)
1 pound hot turkey Italian sausage links
1 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 (14.5-ounce) cans petite-diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Cooking spray
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded fresh mozzarella cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain the pasta, and set aside.
Remove casings from sausage. Cook sausage, onion, and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper, and tomatoes, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine cooked pasta, sausage mixture, and basil. Place half of the pasta mixture in a 4-quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Top with half of mozzarella and half of Parmesan. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Here is a recipe for caramel-filled chocolate cookies:(itz kinda hard to make but itz delicious!)
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans, divided
6 (2-ounce) packages chocolate-caramel cookie bars, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon sugar
2 (2-ounce) vanilla bark coating squares
Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and vanilla, beating until blended after each addition.
Combine flour, cocoa, and soda; add to butter mixture, beating at low speed until blended after each addition. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. Shape 1 tablespoon dough around each candy piece, covering completely, to form balls.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup pecans and 1 tablespoon sugar. Gently press the top of each ball into pecan mixture. Place balls, pecan sides up, 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes. Remove from baking sheets; cool completely on wire racks.
Melt coating squares in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Drizzle over cookies.

Q: i have love handles. first, i am 14/f. second, they are noticable when i wear camisoles (just in front of my girl-friends) and tighter shirts and things like that. i am not upset about the way they look or anything because God made me the way He wanted me to be. i am not overweight at all. my body mass index says that i am at a normal weight. i was just wondering if there are any exercises that i can do to get rid of them. i'll rate! thanks!

First, you should do 30-60 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week. Doing cardiovasular activites is the most effective way to burn calories and fat. There are different kinds of cardiovascular activities that you can do such as jogging, riding a stationary bicycle, swimming, Tae Bo, step aerobics, dancing, jump roping etc. But, don't stick to one cardio acitvity all the time cause eventually it will get boring. MOST IMPORTANTLY you should do a ton of crunches after your cardio workout. Since, you're mostly trying to get rid of your love handle you should mostly do side crunches.

I can't really explain to you on how to insert a tampon but all I can say is follow the directions in the tampon box. It may seem hard at first but you will eventually get it and it will be easy. also, a period will last from 3-7 days. To me, I think that the best tampon is tampax pearl.

My parents always do the same thing to me so you're not the only person. Parents pick on you because they know that you can do much better and they think that you're not putting enough effort into getting an A. They yell at you so they can push you into working harder on getting a better grade. For some reason, my own parents believe that a B is just average and an A is an excellent or whatever. Overall, itz cause of overexpectations but I agree that they should be happy that you're passing, and getting a B isn't the end of the world. Don't worry about it, parents always think we should do better.
