diet im very tiny & skinny .. but i have a little bit of fat on my stonmache that i want to get rid of .. i want to loose about 10 pounds only on my stomache - how and what should i do to loose these pounds?

You actually don't need to lose weight and it would be better to tone your abs. First, you should do 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week. Doing cardiovasular activites is the most effective way to burn calories and fat. There are different kinds of cardiovascular activities that you can do such as jogging, riding a stationary bicycle, swimming, Tae Bo, step aerobics, dancing, jump roping etc. But, don't stick to one cardio acitvity all the time cause eventually it will get boring. Then, you should do a ton of crunches after your cardio workout.

I know a lot of people that have a little fat around their stomach, I think it's just common for many girls. I think working out every day for about 30 minutes and doing some situps could help you lose stomach fat. Also, try to eat really healthy and don't eat junk food! If you're tiny and skinny and you only have a little stomach fat, then why would you want to lose 10 pounds in your stomach? That seems like a lot and maybe just doing situps every day will help you lose fat. But ya, 10 pounds is like a lot in your stomach alone, and that will take a lot of time! ]
if your tiny and skinny, you don't need to lose weight. 10 pounds is a lot of stomach weight to lose...you should just focus on eating healthy. everyone has a little bit of extra tummy- its good for you =] ]
Your 13 you do not need to loose weight!!! Like you said your tiny & skiny a little fat is healthy. When you get a growth spirt it will go up. Just let it g away natrually its the best way. But if you really cant stand it then excersize not TO much just a little and make sure your healthy and you eat right. Dont let little things like that bother you at 13. Have fun with your friends and hang out those should be the important things fmaily anf friends not weight and diets.

DON'T loose weight! You don't need to. You are at risk for a disorder called Anorexia Nervosa where people think they are fat all the time and they loose way too much weight and become very unhealthy. It's scary. So learn to accept your body as it is- it's a big part of your mental health as well as your physical health. ]
You don't want to lose that. You NEED some fat in your body and you're only 13 and still growing so it would be a really unhealthy choice to lose so much weight (10 pounds is a LOT more than you think). Everyone has a little bit of fat on their stomach, it's just normal. ]
i doubt that you have ten pounds of fat on your stomach so instead of loosing that "weight", why dont you turn it into muscle? Try doing ab exercises daily (crunchs, situps, etc.) this way your stomach isnt flabby but instead firm. good luck hope i helped! ]
