I have it all over my legs. will jogging on my NEW treadmill make my legs toner? or a gazelle? please help!

I have it too. It sucks huh? It's a big hang-up of mine. Yes, jogging on your treadmill will certainly help, as CV exercise (cardiovascular - which gets your heart rate up and burns off energy) takes the stores of fat that cellulite is and uses that as energy. What would also help is joining a gym and using other equipment such as a cross trainer or light weights as they'll all help tone you up.

Like the [person before me said lunges.. thats true.. but that definantly puts some impact on you and it hurts after a while. treadmill will help a little but thats allso more impact...try the gazelle. i run on that 30 minutes a day and you dont really feel like its working..but trust me on this one...i <33 it its low impact easy and 30 minutes goes by quick.

yes that will definitely help. also, after you finish your cardio do some leg exercises such as lunges.
