XxSunshinexX answered Friday February 3 2006, 8:24 am: Like the [person before me said lunges.. thats true.. but that definantly puts some impact on you and it hurts after a while. treadmill will help a little but thats allso more impact...try the gazelle. i run on that 30 minutes a day and you dont really feel like its working..but trust me on this one...i <33 it its low impact easy and 30 minutes goes by quick.
