I woke up with really bad pain in my back. It took me around 2 hours to find a comfortable position to go back to sleep. Its a bit difficult to describe, but basically its a stabbing pain when I breathe in. It could be my lung, because I only get it when I breathe in or out. I tried doing a few things to narrow down the possibilities. If I breathe air in and hold it there, the pain stays. If I breathe air out and leave it, the pain is gone & there also isn't pain when I move around. So, it definately has to do with my breathing. It could be a muscle, but I think it would hurt if I moved around. I tried moving around without breathing & there was no pain, but as soon as I took a deep breath, the pain started again. Any idea what this could be? I've had it for over 12 hours. Should I go to the doctor or leave it alone? It is bearable but can get painful & irritating. Thanks!!

I get this a lot. It's usually a stressed muscle or it's a pulled one.

Sometimes the case may be that yuou slept on your back wrong. Or a cramp.

But if you have other symptoms, other than the pain in your back see a doctor.

Or,

If it persists and gets worse, see a doctor.

okay so im a senior in highschool, and i lost my virginity the summer after 8th grade. so i pretty much have been known as a slut, and i hate it b/c the guy pressured me into doing it. my parents know about me having sex and since then i have had sex about 15 times. My friends ex-boyfriend is a freshman in college and i went down to his college one weekend b/c i was going to see what it was like b/c i wanted to go there. so of course he let me stay with him in his dorm. well i got pressured into having sex with him to. at first i said no b/c he was my friends ex boyfriend and i couldnt do that to her. but he kept asking me.and i got a little tipsy and said yeah. now i dont no what to do b/c im scared she will find out and kill me. she fights really good and if she finds out,she will want to fight me and i cant fight and she will just hate me! HELP ME!

If she's your true friend, then she will understand.

And just because you lose your virginity in the 8th grade does not make you a slut.

And why should she care if he's an ex? They're over and done with. Just try to talk to her, and unless she keeps contact with her ex's then I doubt she's going to find out.

But if she does, try not to fight with her. Just talk to her, and if she wants to fight, just be the bigger person and refuse to. And if she calls you a chicken or whatever, tell her she's immature to solve her issues by fighting.

Like I said, if she is a real friend, she'll understand.

Has anybody here tried i-doser? Its like a series of tracks that uses sound to stimulate your brainwaves that actually give you the effect of the specified track (they have things like sleep, relax, marijuana, cocaine, etc). I was just wondering if there was any way to get them for cheap or if anyone has ever had it interfere with their medicine or any negative effects. Thanks.

It wont interfere with your medicine, and it you think hallucinating and being dizzy are negative then yes they are.

Just make sure to read the description of the drug before you use it, it will tell you everything you need to know.

~13/f~ im the kind of gothic rough girl and hes the kind of preppy nice guy.Im not sure how I like my friend bff or bf. Weve been really close friends for a long time then it started going to bffs. because I tell him more than my other bffs and he tells me a lot and were always there for each other. But then we flirt so much. people think or say were dating or should but were not. He knows I liked him I know he liked me but I have no idea now. I went to a paintball party. We both go paint balling a lot then at the party my team was my 5 bffs 3 of their bfs and him. we flirt so much that’s what im so confused about. As in him) and my other bff (she just broke up). he was talking to her about something ‘top secret’. later on she started truth or dare. I kept doing truths I was just to nervous. Everyone already knew anyway but im just not sure if I like him bf or bff? And ive never kissed or been kissed. That’s what it was supposed to be…us kissing. It seems to me that you really care for this guy. But take into account your relationship now; that may change if yall started dating.

I think that he does like you, and obviously you like him. He's giving off all the signals. He may just be to shy to ask you out. And by him starting to wear black, I think maybe he's trying to be like you, the same. Like hes trying to change for you. So it's not nessescarily[Sp?] a bad thing.

Just talk to him. Tell him that you do like him, and ask him if he likes you back. In my situation, my best friend was too shy to ask me out. So we just kept flirting and being silly. And I never told him anything.

I regret it now. If you want something you gotta go for it.

And as for kissing;
There is no correct way to kiss, because everyone kisses differently. Just remember to have non-chapped lips, and minty breath ;D.
And if youre asking about making out, well then you just gotta go with the flow. Just make sure you dont leave your arms at your sides; that just makes it awkward. :P

About telling your mom, well, it would depend on how "cool" your mom is. I know that some moms do not want their daughters dating at 13. So if she wouldn't mind you going out with this guy, just be like "Hey mom, you remember so and so? Well yeah, I really like him and he asked me out/I asked him out, and we're going out." Or if you want to tell her you like him well it would eb something like " I like so and so a lot." See? Quick and painless :P.

I am so annoyed. I always have acne. It is like..constant break outs, and it never stops. I dont know what else to do. I have tried everything from clearasil, neutrogena, clean and clear, differin, duac, tea tree oil, clinique 3 step skin care, olay, and alot more. I usually break out around the T zone, my chin, and forehead..basically everywhere. Please dont give me amateur advice. Like..drink plenty of water and get a lot of sleep ( I do anyways. ) Also please dont recommend products that you have never tried. Please recommend what you think will REALLY work for me. And also please don't tell me not to wear makeup because I cant stand to see myself without the acne covered up. I need a moisturizer also because if I dont use it before I put makeup on, than it looks cakey. But that may be because I have big pores in the spots that it looks cakey. Any help for big pores? I would really appreciate your advice

Your best bet is to go to the dermatologist, but they are very `spensive.

I deal with bad T-zone acne and huge pores.
What I do, if mash out the zits and blackheads
then I take a really hot shower and wash my face with Phisoderm. It's wonderful. I use the soap bar. Then when I get out, I rub Hydrogen Peroxide all over the zits until they turn white with a cotton ball. And then apply rubbing alochol to dry them up and tighten your pores.

Your skin may flake a bit, but just rub it off and pretty soon it will clear up marvelously.

Btw, the mashing can be quite painful, but it's worth it.

ive been with my boyfriend for a year and we literally talk all day, unless like we leave to go somewhere, to eat, and stuff like that. he'll call me right when he wakes up, but i usually call him about an hour or 2 hours after i wake up. he went to his dads house and spent the night on wednesday and stayed there again last night. he probably goes there for like 2 nights every couple of months. there he has 3 step brothers. like 6, 11, and 17. i cant stand the 17 year old and i dont like the younger ones very much since i just dont like little kids. my boyfriend and i have been on the phone the longest at a time maybe an hour? when we are his brothers are talking to him and i cant stand being on the phone and listening to their conversation with somebody else. i count it has we havent really talked for 2 days since we really havent. yesterday i talked to him in the morning for like 30 min then he left for 5-6 hours =/ then he called and we were on the phone for 2 min and his little brothers were begging to jump on the trampoline and like 3 min later he was like can i call you after i eat? and i told him id just call him after i watch a movie. 2 hours later he calls and i was getting into bed. he was silent. 2 whole days u havent talked to me and your going to be silent when we have the chance? and he is never silent, lol he usually never shuts up. he'll wake up around like 8 and its 2 now, no call at all. i took a shower this morning and im all ready to go over to his house but he hasnt even called. we talked about seeing eachother today but it doesnt even seem like he wants to talk. i think he might just want to spend time with his brothers but literally, im like the first priority or whatever in his life. i always come first and he just doesnt seem like making an attempt to talk to me. does he still love me? sorry it was so long

And just because y'all aren't talking for like 2 days, it doesn't mean he doesn't love you.

And so what if he wants to hang out with his family?
He never gets to see them.

I think you should take a chillpill and relax.
His thoughts didn't change about you.

And I wouldn't suggest getting revenge, by not talking to him, it will only make you seem immature and it will make the situation worse.

ok well my hair is really short, and i got a perm last year, well my hair was supposed to be a bob but my perm messed it up. now it is short and poofy and i have to straighten it everyday. well i know thats not good for ur hair but i love my hair straight and when it grows out the hairdresser said it would be straight. how do i get my hair longer and straighter FAST!!!

There is nothing that makes your hair grows fast or make it permanently straight.

Because your hair is not living.
So you just have to wait,
on average your hair grows 1/2 inch per month.

Ok, this whole problem happened at the beginning of summer but stated like a month before (it's confusing, i'll explain). Well me and my other 5 best freinds have this name in our grade that everybody knows us by. Ok and in this all girl group all of us are best freinds, and we have always been and stuff. And yes, everybody has who their closer with but we ALL still know we're best friends. Well, a couple months back, at the beginning of May, my one friend Kristin started going out with this one boy Tommy. Now Tommy is apart of our group too, but like the other half... the guy half. Kristin really liked him.. but Tommy has never had a serious relationship, and I could honestly say that I felt that he didn't really "love" her (he was always the guy that would hook up with random girls). Well while the two were going out.. I found at that my other best friend, Ashley, was calling Tommy late at night, and talking with him for almost hours on the phone while Kristin and him were going out. Then she admitted to liking him, and he admitted it back. This was when Tommy and Kristin were still going out. Now the two managed to keep this a secret from the whole group. Sooner or late.. around the last week of June, Tommy broke up with Kristin replying that "I'm holding you down". But Then I found out, two days before the break-up Tommy asked Ashley, "Do you want me to break up with Kristin so me and you can hang out" and obviously he meant hook-up. THEN after the break-up, Kristin cried for weeks, every single day I saw that girl cry and I felt crushed. While Kristin still wasn't over Tommy, and still felt crushed... it turns out that Ashley and Tommy hooked up and she gave head to him and then he asked if he could eat her out, and she denied. Now somehow they kept this a secret until the past week when everyone foudn out... Yet they dont' know that everyone knows. You have no clue how mad I am at Ashely, we're all suppose to be best friends and she did this. She's a whore. I'm soo pissed off, and now someone has to break the news to AShley and I'm devistatde that I have to because no one is brave enough to. I dont' know what to say. I feel so bad. I mean it took all summer for her to get over Tommy and it turns out he hooked up with her so called best friend. And also I don't know how to tell Ashley that she is so low adn a backstabbing slut. Well, it looks like to me, Tommy is a player and a jerk, and deserves to have his balls cut off.

They were all seduced by him.Hormones are a bloody hell.

I would highly recommend not calling her a whore. Girls do crazy things, and loving boys, and wanting to do things are one of them.

The real enemy here was Tommy. He played all of you guys. I would just confront Ashley, in a nice way, tell her that she hurt Kristin's feelings, and what she did was wrong.

Now, as for Tommy, stay away from him. He doesn't even deserve to be spoken to.

If ya'll were best friends, then you should stay best friends, a guy shouldn't be able to ruin that.

Just remember, don't be a bitch when you talk to her. You don't want to involve yourself into this drama.
