its A cholesterol test measures the amount of cholesterol and triglycerides in serum (part of the blood
how the test is performed: Blood is drawn from a vein, usually from the inside of the elbow or the back of the hand. The puncture site is cleaned with antiseptic, and an elastic band or blood pressure cuff is placed around the upper arm to apply pressure and restrict blood flow through the vein. This causes veins to fill with blood.

In infants or young children:
The area is cleansed with antiseptic and punctured with a sharp needle or a lancet. The blood may be collected in a pipette (small glass tube), on a slide, onto a test strip, or into a small container. Cotton or a bandage may be applied to the puncture site if there is any continued bleeding.

well my friend has the same problem what she dose is she will stop laughing when she feels like she might go pee you could do the same if if your neer a bathroom go afta she dose that to.If your a girl you can buy some thin pads you may also have a week blater to strathin it your have to stop and start

the other day in gym, we were playing softball. i'm not very athletically inclined, if you know what i mean. i was up to bat and i like hit the ball and i screamed. my gym teacher goes 'i think she has issues' and she said this in front of the whole class. i asked her what she meant and she goes 'well when ever you get pressured or have the spotlight on you, you scream and flail your arms around, that's just one of your issues.' i didn't really think anything of this, but now the more taht i think about it, it is making me upset.

this seemed like the best column to me, sry if it's not in the right place.
i have serious trouble sleeping. for example, right now it's midnight and i am dead tired. so far i've layed down to go to sleep about 4 or 5 times. every time i do, within 15 to 30 minutes i start to feel very restless. i toss and turn, i try different positions, i sit up and lay back down, and various other things. what should i do? should i go so far as to see a doctor?

my hair is originally light brown with a few natural highlights- im wanting to go blonde- and i have been for a long time. the only thing is- i dont know if i can rust myself to do it- to get like, my whole head done. another thing- i KNOW i couldnt trust someone else to do it for me- so id rather do it on my own. i dont want to spend too much on the dye- and walmart sells the revlon colorsilk dyes for 3 dollars a box. anyone know if thats a good brand? and will dying my hair lighter make it come out some funky color or what? any help would be grand! Okay, so I'm pretty much a hardcore soccer player. I play it often. But my mom is always thinking she knows so much about it, and I tell you she doesn't.
She yells at me for stupid mistakes, for everything that goes wrong in our house, and finds ways to call me a loser, loner, and that I suck at stuff, without actually saying it. She's called me a bitch so many times I couldn't count. But my real question is, is what she doing really abuse?
People have told me it was, but I just don't know anymore. She did physically abuse me ages 7-10, maybe that's why I'm not sure or not. And I've been depressed, at least I think a lot. She's making me want to quit soccer from all the camps and stress. And many of my close soccer friends are scared of that because I'm that one girl on the team who puts on a good additude, never gives up, gives it her all, knows what she needs to fix, and would miss what is important to her just to play. And I also go outside and practice often. And I just can't play well anymore and starting not to love it.
so is it abuse?
