I get the worst cramps when I get my period. It's usually my first or second day when I get these horrible cramps. I take Motrin, drink tea and use a heating pad. Nothing I do seems to really work and my cramps get so terrible I just want to die. Is there something I can do or take that will make them go away?
Take midol and doing some excercises usually seems to help. Or when you are just starting to get them take some midol and go take a nap. when you wake up, they will be gone. if none of this helps you then go see your doctor and he can prescribe you some pain killers with a higher dosage than over the counter stuff. take a two tea bags and boil them in water and them ring the excess water out and put the hot tea bags under/on your eyes.

I have this problem. There is this girl I like, Lea, but she has a boyfriend...or rather had. Well if Lea broke up with her boyfriend over you and she wants to go out with you and you dont like her all that much then you will only hurt her in the end. Ever since I was a small child, I have always wanted to be a pilot. However, my vision is terrible and 20/20 vision is a strict requirement of US Air Force aviators. There is the possibility of Lasic surgery, but that is expensive and sometiems unreliable, and it has risks and side effects involved. And it can sometimes be a disqualifier from the flight program of the USAF.
Now, when I was a Senior in High School, I was originally going to sign up for the US Army Warrant Officer program. My counselor managed to persuade me not to. I applied to and got accepted to Saint Joseph's University because of their Air Force ROTC program. Then came something I was not prepared for. As always, there is a lady involved. I found, or actually, a lady found me. We have been dating for the past 4 months and I know I sound like some puppy-eyed immature teenager when say this but I love this woman, and I plan on marrying her when we get out of college. It sounds stupid, but I know what I feel and I know she feels the same way. Now here is my problem. Do I join Air Force ROTC and waste 4 years of my life as an Air Force Officer only to be rejected for my vision to the pilot program when I could be living a nice steady life with my lady? Or is there a small chance that I could possibly get accepted to the pilot program and fulfill my dream? Is that small chance worth it? It pains us both to go to separate colleges, and my lady fears having to wait for me to return from year long tours of duty. And she fears the current war going on as well. What do I do?
Well I think that if it is any way possible for you too speak with someone from the USAF or some one such as an instructor and see if you can be accepted with your vision. If you can be accepted then I think you should sit down with your lady and talk things through. Let her know that it is your dream to do this and that you love her. While she is in college trying to fulfill her dreams of what she wants to be you can be training. Ok..im on a really good volleyball team. in the past like 10 yrs we've won alot of state championships. But the thing is..she over works us. everyday we run a mile..then we go in the gym for about 2 hrs n half and just do volleyball. If we mess up..we do punishments..she yells like never before. We do suicides if we miss a serve or do a error. Its starting to get to me..i want to be perfect..and its stressing me out. How do i stop this?
if you want it to stop then the way way is to quit the team. if you dont want to quit then there is no other way. why do you think you guys have wons the championships for the past ten years, because yins practice and work at it really hard to be good. she is just doing it to get you guys in shape and to get your team to be good so you can continue ging to championship games and winning them. i am sure it will get easier as time goes on.

I'm new this year at a school and I thought it would be so easy to make friends, and it has been thanks to basketball. But during school, the most people ever say to me is like...Hi! and then when basketball practice comes around they're all crazy. I'm a VERY talkative person, but going to the same school for all my life (except this year) I know what it's like to have a new girl and instantly not like them because they're not as tight with your friends or whatever. I'm saying I need to sharpen my social skills, but asking questions like, "So...what do you like to do?" isn't a question I'd normally ask. It's odd asking questions like what's ur fav color and stuff....so i need help...
i would try to talk to them about school. talk about what classes you have. and since they have been around a while ask them which teachers and which classes you should try to avoid. and if you dont wanna talk abotu school then maybe try talking about some one you saw that you think is cute or someone you think you might like. i think you deserve a reasonable explanation from him on why he broke up with you, but its not all that easy. i dont think what he did was right, not at all, but you cant force him into talking to you and neither can anyone else. if he has told your friends why then he really isnt leaving it all open. when he told your friends he mor in likely knew they would go and tell you. just forget about him. you can find someone better. you are only 15, you have your whole life ahead of you.
