Well, it can get infected, and those things can hurt. Plus, well, the lobe of your ear is just a useless little blob of flesh. But cartilage isn't really meant to be pierced. I would wait until I was 18 to get it pierced, since they can be pretty high-maintenance.

I think you shouldn't without asking b/c my aunt got her cartilage pierced and it got infected and it killed, plus it really kills getting it pierced.Plus if it gets infected who r u gonna tell and what would u do about it u might not know what to do if it gets infected.I think you should tell your mom that your second ear piercing is not magnetic it's real and that you r really sry and you want to get your cardilage pierced, maybe they we'll say yes!

thankz

If I were you I wouldn't do it. Your ear can actually fall off if you peirce it wrong..i saw it on channel 1 in school. DOn't do it unless you're getting it proffesionally done and if you are..make sure its a good place.

if you want it then do it. and if your worried about it getting infected like everyone is saying then get it professionally done. and if you still want to do it yourself then just make sure you use a sterile needle and be sure to clean it good to keep the infection risk low. have fun.

if you want it pierced then do it. but dont do it yourself. that part of your ear is very sensitive. if you pierce it yourself it will get infected really bad. if you want it that bad, get it done perfessionally.
