i think i am being stalked. i get weird emails from somone named "zoner" and when i walk home from skool theres someone close behind me but after i turn around a few times they go away. what should i do?

call the cops, this is no joke. I know you may not want to but it's really important you do and show them all the emails you have been receiving. Discuss it with your parents, and have them call up the police, good luck!! Please take my advice.

okay well i've always told myself that i'm going to wait until marriage before i have sex... but now that i'm older and in highschool i've faced reality. and i'm not gonna kid myself. if i'm ready to have sex, i'm going to. of course i'm gonna wait for the guy i love, but still. everyone always says "wait til marriage" but in reality WHO REALLY DOES? and even if i have sex with a guy and we break up and regret it, that doesnt mean i'm gonna be depressed for the rest of my life would it? so whats the big deal? who agrees.

Or you could be left with early pregnancy or STD*s is it really worth all that? i haven't had my period yet, and i'm 13. my mom was 15 when she got hers and my sister who is 15 hasn't got hers yet. i thought that i would get those "genes" but lately my discharge has been tinted red in some spots. Also today i had no discharge at all. am i going to be starting soon? because i haven't had cramps, or PMS yet.

my cousin is really overweight she was over earlier this night and she was telling me about how she wants to kill herself because ever one teases her about how fat she is. its really hard for her to find clothes and she feels like she shouldnt be alive i guess. shes only 14 in 9th grade and weighs im guessin 230. she hates bein around people cause they always pick on her, and she hardly goes out of the house and last year she hardly went to school because of it. can you guys help me out by giving me some excercizes she can do or what not to eat? and should she see a doctor? because they think she might have thighroids or something. thanks. also how long would it take her to lose like 35 pounds?

to loose 35 pounds, if she sticks to a good diet it may take her a quick month.. maybe shorter.. umm put her on the atkins diet i heard it works realllly well, have her cut carbs, and she needs to sign up for a gym. Little by little her wieght will go down. Tell her not to kill herself, tell her all she needs is a little hard work and she'll be magicly 'unembarrassed' give her encouragemnet, it will help her the whole way through. Good luck!

Theres this girl at my church who also goes to my school. No one sits with her at lunch, and im absolutly sure she doesnt have any friends. She might have some problems, im not sure. (Mentally)
Thing is i know my friends would make fun of her because she looks different. Its eatting away at me everyday to think i could be making her life better. i rate. *Megz*

I'm moving pretty soon, and I really want to have a "theme" for my new room. I get whatever I want, and I don't know what would look good, my interests:

1. Anime and manga (Japanese stuff) That's my favorite, I really want a Japanese style room.

2. Nature.

3. Dark stuff, i.e. kind of punkish.

4. American Eagle, and Aeropostale. I know you can't really make that into a theme, but y'know.

Make the style surf, it ties up Cali and Nature. Get a mural on your wall of the ocean, buy a cheap surf board of ebay and nail it to the wall, (or you can buy a fake on, idk where you would tho), make your color theme aquas and sea green. . . the walls w. out murals can be three different aqua/blue colorz . . . get an air machine and play 'ocean waves' when you go to sleep, you'll really feel like your in cali, and they help you fall asleep really fast, you could even turn it on while your friends were there to make them feel the touches of the room. A little while ago i was sick but i am over the sickness but now for like 2 weeks have been stuck with a nasty cough and i have a job interview tomorrow, does anyone know of some super good cough depressants?

Buy one BIG bag of cough drops, and pop one in your mouth every time your throat is getting itchy. Keep on popping them, and dont forget to take tylenol in between. I do this whenever I get a cough and its gone the next day. Should work, i hope it does, :- D

ok so this guy is always messing with my head it seems...
1st time- he told me he did and completely acted like it and held hands with me and all that stuff then he goes off and likes this other really pretty girl & he said he didnt like me nemore

2nd time- after he learns he has no chance with Kim (really pretty girl) he says he likes me again and we hugged for like ever and acted like it once more

I just think your his 'rebound skank' not calling you a snank of course. But basically what hes doing is taking a younger girl he thinx "doesnt know better" and is messin' with your head. He personally believes that you'll come back everytime he screws you over and you need to find the oppurtunity to tell him your done with his issues, it'll make you feel a bazillion times better, as hard as it may be, plus theres always older guys out there who wont treat you like that soo it totally isnt the end of the world.

OK guys.. A really cute guy likes me and invited me to go to his football game tomorrow since he's one of the starting players. I know to cheer for the team and when he does good, etc.. But I dunno if I'd be able to see him after the game. I want to see him but I don't want to wait around for him if he only wanted me to be there for support. So should I wait for him or just leave after the game ?

Setup a 'game night' where you can all set aside some time and play board games. Or better yet go to a movie, see a play, have dinner together. Keep this at a once a week schedule so that you can know your family, and spend quality time with them without getting 'too close'.

I went to a football game last night with my friend Mary. We met up with her friend Anurag and then Drew [my homecoming date]. We were all having fun talking and laughing when we went to go sit down. Drew left for a bit behind the bleachers because he said that "He had to check on something", so we let him. It grew like an hour and he STILL hadnt come back. So me and Mary went to go find him. We went behind the bleachers and found Drew with another girl. Her hands were in his pockets with his in as well. She was practically up on him, really close anways. I asked him what was up with that. And he's like "Oh well i was just warming her up". I couldn't believe he had just done it right in front of me...it seemed like he tore my heart out and ripped it in half. He was my FIRST love, and i was his first too. I can't just let him go no matter what! My heart says no, but my mind says yes. I need some advice on what to do about all of this. I can't stop thinking about it..=( I rate high as well! I wouldn't forget him totally because the way you describe it your really not able to just let him slide. Talk to him. Tell him you know what he was really doing and how it broke your heart. Tell him you wanna gain some trust back with him if he still wants to be together with you. Dont be afraid to express your true emotions. Call him on the phone alot and keep in close touch.
