Im a 14 year old girl and im 147lbs and about 5'0 nd im trying to lose around 20lbs before febuary 20th because im going to florida and i want to look decent in a bathing suit so i dont feel self-concious.any suggestions on how i can do it? right now im running on my tredmill a mile a day and trying to watch what i eat but i dont see any results.any ideas? okkk so for me, i have long legs and a pretty big butt and a small waist so its hard to find jeans that fit me.

It can take 1 time to as many times as it takes... it depends on if the guys sperm fertalizes the egg. if it doesnt, you'll need to try again. but you could get pregnant the first time, so if you want to get pregnant, thats good news, but if you don't, than use safer sex methods!!

So me and this guy have been going out for 3 months now, and we're 16. So when we're talking online, he tells me all these sweet things like how pretty i am, and how much he misses me, and stuff like that. But when we're in person, he doesnt talk about that kind of stuff. Ive asked him about it (on AIM), and he says hes just so shy. I'm trying to get my music from ares over to my itunes. I clicked open external then it just goes to Windows Media. I don't know how to get it over to itunes. right click on it click Open then click on Itunes and you're song should be there (that's what my dad told me if it doesn't work then i don't know what to do cus he works at apple so it should wrk)

i agree with the person a few answers below mine. dont put it on right before. put it on early enough for it to have "asorbed" haha cuase then theyll get the taste and wont have gloss on them..

im sorry to be contradicting whoever said the first answer but my cousin tried that on her arms and it grew fast,longer, and darker so i wouldnt recommend it. i would reccomned maybe waxing?? and i guess you could shave like the guy on rob & big haha but that would be weird to have like someone help you. anyways i just wouldnt reccomend dying it.

I don't brush my teeth as often as I am supposed to and 2 seconds ago I pulled my bottom lip down to expose my gum and on the very bottom (I'm guessing it's where the gum meets the lip tissue or something) there is a thick line of a darker color from one side of my teeth to the other. This freaked me out so I checked the top as well, and sure enough, same thing. I dont know how long it has been there but does anyone else have this on thier gums? Should I consult my dentist? I'm scared it might be gingivitis! Help! (link)

definetly go to your dentist its not normal ive never seen any1 w/ it but once b=my little brother didnt brush his teeth 4 like 5 months and he only used mouth wash and his teeth turned green and it was so gross lol sry that doesn't have anything to do with it. but go to your dentist

is it possible that if i excercise a lot my shoe size can get smaller? im a size 8.5 or 9 (please dont say that my shoe size is right or normal, i want a smaller foot) and i would like to get to a size 6 or 7 if its possible. but if not, are there any other ways to get a smaller foot besides surgery? thanks!
