is it possible that if i excercise a lot my shoe size can get smaller? im a size 8.5 or 9 (please dont say that my shoe size is right or normal, i want a smaller foot) and i would like to get to a size 6 or 7 if its possible. but if not, are there any other ways to get a smaller foot besides surgery? thanks!
Luvsingin201 answered Friday January 5 2007, 8:55 am: besides surgery there is no other way to make your foot smaller. The size you are born with is the size you willhvae that's just the way it is. All I know is that many models, like Tyra Banks for example, wear size 10 and have to feet their feet in a shoe 3 SIZES SMALLER. Consider yourself lucky. Wearing a smaller shoe than your own size is painful. [ Luvsingin201's advice column | Ask Luvsingin201 A Question ]
MyHappyShoe answered Thursday January 4 2007, 6:56 pm: if you lose a lot of weight your feet will shrink. It happened to me! My feet shrank from a 9 to an 8. I lost 10 lbs and only went down a shoe size so you would have to lose more if you wanted a size 6 or 7. [ MyHappyShoe's advice column | Ask MyHappyShoe A Question ]

sugabooga answered Thursday January 4 2007, 6:35 pm: Sadly no there isn't. But to be honest with you I wear a size 5 and sometimes I wish I had bigger feet because a lot of the womans sport shoe brands like pumas and such start with like size 6 and all.. You always want what you can't have... [ sugabooga's advice column | Ask sugabooga A Question ]
