I was diagnosed with a sub-clinical eating disorder in the 9th grade.
Im a freshman in college and i know that its gotten worse - im 5'7" and o only weigh 95 pounds. i should get help but that would mean leaving school which i just dont want to do! i love my dorm and my roomates ... and class and everthing about my college! so basically im asking if anyone has any advice on how i can get better without seeking treatment immideatly ...
even little things would be appricated!
thanks loves! ;)

Freshman 15.

If you are like this in September, then get help, or get help over summer.

im not sure if im gonna be much help. but i did hear that when you go to college. you do or most people gain alot of weight. so all i can say is eat the food. if you know that you are skinny then you dont have a problem with eating. but since you have a disorder im not really sure. i can say try eating the food there alot or more than you normally do. and have your friends make sure htat you eat it and stuff. and if that doesnt help then i suggest seeking for some professional help.
