Well,
Eatting healthy and the right size portion foods of course will help you loose weight. However! If you just eat healthy and don't exercise all the weight lost (depends how much ya loose) will be flabby. However, Here's the thing.. You want to eat healthy loose the weight and then after you lost the satifying amount of weight then exercise because if you exercise while eatting healthy you may build muscles. If you wait until you have lost the weight and then excercised then all the flab will just tighten up and you may build little muscles.

Straight vegetarians do not eat meat, nor do they eat fish seeing it's a type of animal. However, Those who do eat fish may not nessacerally be classified as a "vegetarian" they may be just a big veggie eatter and may call themselves vegetarians.

hi. my question is basically wat the subject states: :could i be pregnant. heres the thing i had unprotected sex with my ex. after i asked him if he has cummed. and he told me no. the sex lasted a while...the problem taht i have, or wat im wondering is, isnt there is possiblity that some of his sperm could have leaked...i mean it was unprotected. in regards to symptoms, i have been having really back back aches for hte pass week, eating alot- spicy food, and mood swing. in a nutshell i quess the important part of my question pertains to the sperm and the possiblity of it leaking.

Anything is possible, If you are on birth control and had unprotected sex then you should be on the safe side. However, there is always that 1% chance and even when the guy doesn't ejaculate there is always a chance of pre-cum leaking into the vaginia. Please take a pregnancy test.

Depends, When you masturbate make sure you keep your nails clipped. If you don't you could rip the hymen which would cause bleeding it's normal and if you did it will heal. ;)

Hello My name is seanicka (female), im 18 and on my way to college for education. The problem is my boyfriend lives in nassau bahamas. I met him over the summer while visiting my family and we became so close over the 3 months. We decided that we are gonna keep the relationship going because he really likes me and I really like him. Well actually its more than like, I can say we fell deeply in love with each other over that time and made lots of connections. So ive been with my fiance for awhile and i really want to get married. I already have baby fever. Maybe he isn't ready for marriage just yet. You could try asking him if marriage is something he might want to concider in the near future and see what he says too that. However, I wouldn't keep on pushing him about it because sometimes it scares the guy off. Try asking little questions and see how he feels. :)

If Grandma falls down, I would call 911. You never know if she might have broken a bone or not. Moving her yourself can possibly cause more damage to something that could be broken.

A ton of people use Limewire, I don't think there is really any risk of getting caught downloading the music. I've made tons of cds off limewire and never seemed to have a problem so I think you are on the safe side.

If you date a friend you take the risk of possibly loosing the friendship. If you two are agreeing to take the risk then maybe talk to your friend and let her know that you care very much about her and that if it doesn't work out that you would like to remain her friend.
