If I eat mostly fruits and vegetables during the day, and then a small sized meal in the evening (such as rice and some meat) will that help me loose weight?
Eatting healthy and the right size portion foods of course will help you loose weight. However! If you just eat healthy and don't exercise all the weight lost (depends how much ya loose) will be flabby. However, Here's the thing.. You want to eat healthy loose the weight and then after you lost the satifying amount of weight then exercise because if you exercise while eatting healthy you may build muscles. If you wait until you have lost the weight and then excercised then all the flab will just tighten up and you may build little muscles.

However, it's best to combine it with regular excercise. Make sure that you are getting all the major food groups in. Fruit and vegetables are a great healthy choice but you also need protein and fibre so ensure that you are eating that meal in the evening. You also need to be careful that you are eating enough to keep your energy and blood sugar levels up during the day. [ rainbowcherrie's advice column | Ask rainbowcherrie A Question ]
