I've been bloated for like 2 months now. Its so bad everyday I have a really painful stomach and it looks really fat. It's really uncomfortable. But if i dont eat I feel like fainting.
Additional info, added Tuesday August 19 2008, 3:01 am: After I go to the toilet my stomach becomes much less bloated but I usually only go like every two days. Sometimes everyday but it depends.. Emaho answered Wednesday August 20 2008, 5:49 am: I've had the same problem and I recently realized this was due to my diet. If you drink lots of sodas, start limiting yourself to one a day. Keep your sodium and salt content as low as possible. These can cause fluid retention, hence bloating. If it's not your diet that's the problem, then see a doctor immediately. Your doctor may prescribe some sort of medication that will help better than anything over the counter.

I've had serious problems of bloating since I was 15 (going on 10 years now). I was told to get this stuff called Colon Cleanse. It's over the counter and you can pick it up at walmart, cvs, walgreens, kroger, etc. (just about anywhere). It doesn't fix the problem, but it's like a vitamin and it will make you feel much better. You just have to take them for 10 days. Give it a shot or atleast check it out the next time you go to the store. Just read on the bottle and it'll tell you about it. I wish I'd found it years ago! Hope I helped.
