i saw this thing called "filelib" in my documents, and i don't remember it being there before. i clicked on it, and the name of the folder inside was my screename. i clicked on my screename and it was just blank. so, whats "filelib"??

anything you download off of your aim screename or pictures you recieve go in that folder.if you have more than one screename, you'll have another folder for that sn. its really not a big deal.

i like this guy and he said he likes me back but he doesnt trust girls cause he's been hurt in the past. you should take him to eat or to do something you both like to do..then talk to him about how you really feel. and tell him that you wont hurt him etc. make him realize that you're worth his time. just do things with him to make him open up to you more or make him feel comfortable around him, like what i said before. good luck hun!

okay i've had the flu since sunday and every night i have a problem sleeping! i take 2 nyquils every night about 30 minutes before i go to bed.. then like around 4 in the morning i wake up coughing and extremely thirsty.. it just seems kind of weird because the docter i went to said that it was just a flu and to take 2 nyquils every night and a whole bunch of other stuff in the daytime, but its not working!
so anyone have any suggestions on what i can take to help me sleep better at night?
try taking a shower before you go to bed. i know it sounds really stupid but when im sick that normally relaxes me and i can go to sleep. also if you wake up thirsty take some apple juice or something like that to bed with you so its there when you wake up..hope you feel better!

i was invited to the jr prom by my friend jeremy and hes usually with very cute, fit girls. not that i really care because he obviously asked me for a reason. he must not care that im not really tiny but im 16 and im a little chubby, and i think its just cuz im kinda short and my legs are so short. but can i lose at least 15 lbs by then? i really want to tighten up my arms&"love handles" especially. i have been doing crunches on my ab lounge the last 2 nights so if i do sets of 30 throughout the day will that help? i might go to the gym but i have no one to go with, so i dont know if that will definetly happen. so does jogging in place really work? i may also just take walks during the day, like walk to the tanning salon and back home. im very sad that ive gained over like 20 pounds since school started, and im not even kidding, it SUCKS!=(
*i was thinking maybe because i usually dont eat breakfast on school days i can have water.
*workout when i can in gym at school,then have an orange and a fruitdrink/ water at lunch

well idk how far away your prom is, but its not good to loose alot of weight in a short amount of time. if you just concentrate on working out every little bit that you can and not about how much weight you wanna lose itll be alot easier.
your plan sounds pretty good. jsut make sure you don't eat/drink anything with alot of sugar. and no sodas. you can lose 10lbs in about two weeks just from cuttin out the sodas. anyways try eatin fruits & crackers as a snack if you feel hungry along with everything else you said up there n you should be good to go! but remember, he already knows what you looked like..and like you said he asked you for a reason, so dont sweat it if it doesnt happen! good luck

I am short for my age. I'm 14 and 4'11". I try to look at the positives but it's hard sometimes. Do guys like shorter girls? I feel like they won't... I will only grow about 1 or 2 inches more... What can I do??
there's nothing you can do
but don't worry about it. most guys that i've ever known like short girls. and at least you dont have to worry about being taller than your boyfriend!

i REALLY don't get this. there are [a lot of] people out there who cut, and say it's addicting. but doesn't it HURT? why would you want to do something again that hurt you? i heard that "it takes away the hurt from the inside" but i still don't get why people do it. it kina bothers me.. 13/f in case it matters.
i really don't think there's any excuse for cutting, like the people who say they do it for the pain. i believe that people do it just for the attention. but that's just me. its pretty stupid any way you look at it

I am 14 and not very good a flirting. We have a big dance at the end of the years and everyones going around asking people to the dance even though its in june. I really wanna go with this guy that i "almost" danced with last dance. The problem is we never talk. He is in none of my classes and when I see him in the hallway I look away. you should just randomly start talking to him. be friendly and smile alot..guys like girls with alot of confidence & that act happy. if you flirt with him just do what feels right..don't actually TRY to or it'll probably be too obvious. if you wanted to make it even easier you should just ask him yourself..the worst thing that could happen is that he says no, but if you dont ask him he might never ask you, right? so really it works either way. good luck hun!
