How would i make or find the url for a picture thats saved on my computer? I wanna use a picture for my background or sidebar for my colum but i cant figure out how to.
Photobucket is an image hosting site that is completely free that you could upload your picture to and then convert into an url for your background or sidebar, but Photobucket resizes so I don't know if that would help. i went to the beach last weekend..and i used sunscreen but i only applied it once..and im pretty pale....and i got burned really badly it hurt for like 3 days soo bad...well now my ENTIRE back is peeling as well as my shoulders..it is sooo effing grose...and ive been picking it...&& it itches and stuff..ive put lotion on but is there anything that will make it stop!?
The peeling is the burnt skin coming off of your body. There really isn't alot of options, but Vitamin E Gel will help soften the skin and make it peel less. For the itching, you could try Aveeno Anti-Itch, or look in your local pharmacy for a clear, anti-itch jel. Hope I've Helped ♥

I have friends that are your age that are tiny too. They shop at Limited Too believe it or not. My one friend said that Kohls also is a great place to get the perfect jeans for your shape. Believe it or not, stores that are more for little kids, their jeans will fit you better because you are smaller. If you want to shop in Juniors look for like 00-1 Slim jeans, or try a Petite store. what are a few good brands of powder or concealers? my skin is somewhat greasy, but only in the T zone... also i have a scar on my cheeck from surgery, so what are some sort of makeup things i can put on to mkae the scar less noticable?(like face makeup stuff) thanks!!
I love the Neutrogena concealers, they are called "LIQUID MAKEUP" I believe. They are amazing and look flawless, and some are made with the benzol peroxide stuff [lol sorry I'm not like precise] that even help pimples. They sell them in every shade =] Hope I've Helped ♥

I personally adore the product Cetaphil, it works great and pretty quickly. I've heard that Colgate or Crest toothpaste actually works also, but Cetaphil is the more accurate way to go. Hope I've Helped ♥

My best friend just passed away :-[. she was only 13 and she died of cystic fybrosis. i miss her soo much! we have been best friends since the day we met .. when we were 3! every night i cry myself to sleep because i miss her so much! I am so sorry about your friend. You have to remember the great times you've had together, and appreciate how you and her spent your lives together. It's completely and utterly hard to even start to explain, but you should keep a journal or notebook and write down things that you loved about her, or even write down stuff that you'd want to tell her. Hey, well Paypal is just an account for you to send money or receive money. It works out like "hand in hand" with Ebay, because if you buy something, you pay someone through your Paypal account [you can set up to pay by credit card or bank account, or both] and if you sell something, the person will simply send the money to your Paypal account, and then you tell Paypal you want your money by check [whenever you want to, there's no need to do it everytime]. Personally, the lady that you were talking about has a good feedback rate and I'd trust her because like I said, Ebay tries their best [and does a great job] in finding fakes. Even if you do get it and it is fake, you can report it to Ebay and get a full refund.

I'm thinking about buying a Lacoste on ebay..for those of you who don't know what it is, it's a really expensive polo retailing for $72-$79 in stores like Saks, Nordstroms, etc..The problem is, I don't want to get scammed and be sold a fake one. How do I know if it's real? The one I am currently bidding on has a $0.99 starting bid. The seller states that it has two mother of pearl buttons. She has a feedback of 99.7%. Is this a scam? How do I spot the real ones?
Ebay has special people who search through designer listings to find fakes- if it is fake, most likely it will be pulled off. Sellers start their auctions low to start bidding wars. All of my Lacoste stuff has the Lacoste tag with the European size of the article of clothing. Honestly, I prefer going to the Lacoste Outlet, but with her great rating of 99.7%, I'm sure it's okay. If you do win, and if you do get it, bring it to a Lacoste store and say you got it for a gift and see what they say. If they say it is fake, you report the seller to Ebay, and I believe you send the article of clothing back, and you get refunded from Paypal or your method of payment. Hey! Makeup fading is pretty normal but here are longer lasting ones:
Neutrogena Foundation/Coverup : Get the one with the benzol peroxide in it, it won't clog pores, it prevents pimples. Works amazing and works long.

Eyeliner and Mascara : I love the NYC brand, it's cheap and lasts super long. For the mascara, get waterproof. I normally don't wear it alot though =] but it is a great brand.
Blush : Not sure if you use it, but don't. It takes away from the foundation and if too much it looks like a clown, if too little looks weird.
Lip Balm : It acts as a lipgloss, seriously, the lip balms sold at Bath and Body Works. Amazing.

i want to dye my hair out of a box as opposed to getting it done professionally. is this a bad idea?
Well, it's not a bad idea, however, getting it done professionally is a more sure way of it coming out exactly as you want it. If you get it done from the box, you have to worry about color, basically lol. As weird as this sounds, anti dandruff shampoo really helps this problem. I reccomend Nexxus, it works amazing. It makes your hair way less greasy and if it's itchy from being oily, it stops that too. Nexxus is a little on the pricer side, sold at salons and some beauty supply stores, so most antidandruff shampoos will work just as good. Try not putting alot of conditioner the top of your head, because it makes it shinier and tends to get it more oily.
