You really need to stop picking it. Second--> i am really pale to so i know how it feels. But did you know that to much sun exposure can lead to cancer??yup. It happened to my aunt. She had to get it removed. Anyway, you need to put on sunscreen every 2 hours. Otherwise it can lead to-->peeling. For you peeling, there is something called aloe. It stops it itching . If you would want almost instant resluts, use something called B5 it really works. I use it all the time!
AquamarineRose answered Monday May 30 2005, 12:13 am: I am in the same shit right now. Of course, I was stupid and spent 8 and a 1/2 hours outdoors at a concert without any sunscreen. (Yes, it wasn't one of my brightest ideas.) I'm peeling too, yes, it is quite gross. But you just have to wait it out. Try your best not to pick it. It'll heal faster. Like everyone else said, aloe does help. Especially if yours still burns. But when you think of what sun burn really is, you'll realize nothing is going to make your back stop peeling. Your body is getting rid of dead, burnt skin. It's a natural exfoliation process. Lotion might help a little, but it isn't going to work magic. CrzyLatinaChc answered Sunday May 29 2005, 9:25 pm: Aloe Vera Works really well It normally comes in a gel pack. Hope that stops the itching!!!
xOtWiXi answered Sunday May 29 2005, 9:24 pm: The peeling is the burnt skin coming off of your body. There really isn't alot of options, but Vitamin E Gel will help soften the skin and make it peel less. For the itching, you could try Aveeno Anti-Itch, or look in your local pharmacy for a clear, anti-itch jel. Hope I've Helped ♥ [ xOtWiXi's advice column | Ask xOtWiXi A Question ]
xXxpinky615xXx answered Sunday May 29 2005, 9:21 pm: You need Aloe!!! Aloe will stop the itching and burning. Take a hot bath and use an extra moisture body wash NOT bar soap and scrub it on your body. Yes it's going to hurt but it's gonna get all the dead skin off of you. After that, put a really good moisturizer on and then aloe. You should be good to go. Keep applying the moisturizer and aloe everyday until it goes away, and it will go away.
