I recently started a job washing dishes at a restaurant and since that first day its been about 3 weeks my left hand hurts. the pain is constant and in the area below my pointer finger but there isnt a bruise or a scar im not sure if i injured something insie or if it is something else. HELP (link)

I'm not sure, you could have injured it somehow while washing dishes. Your best bet is to see a doctor as soon as possible and that way you'll know for sure what's going on and how you can take care of it.

Hi I want to know some new styles. I always blow Dry or straighten my hair. I do not like putting it in a ponytail unless I have a gwen stefani bump or something to make it look less boring. What else can i do to my hair I hate having the same style. I do not have a curling iron and my hair is naturally frizzy and a little wavy (not in a nice way) also if you have any pointers on how to get the bump like perfect cause I struggle with it often. I have my prom coming up in like 2 months, and i have short hair. i want it to grow fast, so i can at least have long hair to go with my outfit, extensions are out of the question. please help... like any foods, or oils or anything to help my hair grow fast so i can reach the length i want. thanks! :) (link)

In order for your hair to grow long and strong (and fast!), it needs the proper vitamins and nutrients. I recommend using Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo and Conditioner - it works wonders!

I think you're asking us, "Is it okay that we both feel this way so soon? Is this possible?" Well, let me tell you honestly, I know a lot of my friends have felt this way and after another two weeks or even a couple of months, they're broken up. However, please don't let me discourage you (though the odds seem to be against you) because I do believe in love at first sight and you guys could stay together for a very long time or forever. So I wouldn't worry about it, I'd be happy and take advantage of your situation - you both seem to be happy and that's the only thing that matters.

my friend lies about everything she makes stuff up all the time and its starting to buyg me. its getting hard to just ignore it. like, if i tell her how i guy likes me, she has to tell me how some guy ive never heard of likes her. or she just lies to make herself seem more interesting. shes honestly the biggest liar ever.

I know how you feel, I had a best friend (actually, she still is one of my best friends, she did move away though) who was just like that. She made up everything about her life and the people surrounding her to make herself look better and did anything it took to make me or her other friends look bad.
I decided to talk to her one day and let her know exactly how I was feeling, she told me that she was sorry and that she would change. Did she? Not really, but hopefully, you'll have more luck than I did. I think one important thing to think about before you talk to her is that there is a reason why she makes up things about her life to make it seem better, meaning, there must be some bad things happening in her life to make her want to do that. So try taking that into consideration.

i'm eighteen years old and i've had two boyfriends - one in eighth grade and one in tenth grade,.but when people ask me, i say i've never had one, because they hardly count.
i've always been really, painfully shy when it comes to dating. i'm not insecure about my looks, i'm actually pretty conceited, it's irritating. i'm more insecure about my personality. i'm like, weird. i'm socially awkward and i play a lot of video games. i don't get along with most people. all my friends and most of the guys i've met like myspace and taking naked pictures of themselves. i like reading and watching cartoons. i know there are other people out there who are more like me, but where?
i don't know how to get over my anxiety. i freeze up and stop talking when a guy i think is cute, or anybody new, for that matter, comes around, because i'm scared i'll open my stupid, weird mouth and they won't like what comes out.

By the way, I know quite a few people who are just like you. I don't think there's anything wrong with your lifestyle, as long as you're enjoying yourself. I think meeting some more people and losing your shyness would help you majorly - you could have a really good time and make good friends, it would be like a great bonus.

It's totally normal and understandable to be upset after being friends-with-benefits with someone you were so close to and then, it seemed like it was all thrown away. You are not in the wrong, nor are you immature, so please, do not feel that way.
Since you've already decided to be his friend, I suggest talking it over with him and letting him know exactly how you're feeling. Tell him not to toy with you or your emotions and keep it strickly friends - no benefits (you'll be much more apt to get hurt again, that way).

Just because a guy is addicted to video games does not mean he will get addicted to drinking, or anything else. Some people may have one or two addictions, and then there are some who have an addictive personality who get addicted to many things, but really, if he's only addicted to video games (as A LOT of my guy friends are), I wouldn't think he would get addicted to drinking just because of that.
