If it's just for a simple website for you 2, you can use google pages. If you have a gmail you don't even have to sign up . Simply go to pages.google.com
It's actually quite nice. They give you like 30 themes and a bunch of layouts. You can make a nice looking site with lots of pages.

I think you should make a photobucket account. You can have separate albums with just pictures of the two of you, or just icons, etc. It's really easy to use, too.
You can also set it to private, which requires a "guest" password, and you could give your boyfriend the password. This way, only the two of you can see it.

You can go to freewebs.com and make a website easily and for free. You can set your site to private or password protect it where your bf can know the password and see it, but no one else will.
