Random pain/bone pain!

past few months ive been having random pains like some sharp others not to bad and they only last for a few seconds but they bother me cuz its a daily thing it happens 3-4 times a day or more and alot of the time its my bones expecially my pointer fingers & thumbs are normally the main pain on my hands. its making me worry because well i dont know if its normal or anything and idk ive been reading a book about a girl with bone cancer which scares the crap outa me but not so much because i havent had anything just randomly break.

help if you can!.
