hair to grow fast

I have my prom coming up in like 2 months, and i have short hair. i want it to grow fast, so i can at least have long hair to go with my outfit, extensions are out of the question. please help... like any foods, or oils or anything to help my hair grow fast so i can reach the length i want. thanks! :)

In order for your hair to grow long and strong (and fast!), it needs the proper vitamins and nutrients. I recommend using Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo and Conditioner - it works wonders!

eat alot have alot of protaine, like Penubutter and Checken.. :o)
Prom seem early? you mean homecoming something like that. i mean prom usly like in may anyway. alot of protaine and they have Vatitins like nails and hair.
