OMG, it so doesn't hurt. I am like the biggest baby ever and it didn't hurt at all! They take these like tooly thingies and like grip the bracets til it kinda pops off. You can't feel it though. They also scrape some of the glue off, but that doesn't hurt either. Your teeth will feel like smoothy though and you'll want to keep running your tounge over 'em but the whole ordeal is basically painfree. Maybe on a scale of 1 to 10 it hurts a 1? but only on the brackets that are really stuck on there. No biggs. Congrats on getting 'em off! :)

17-F I've hung out with this boy Chris twice this week and we like each other but whenever he trys to kiss me I pull away. I have kissed him but I dunno I don't have any desire to do it again. This past summer I was used by this other kid. Since then I haven't wanted to do anything with anyone. What do you think is the reason I don't feel comfortable with Chris?? Hey there. Well, I've totally been in the same place as you are. That's okay if you feel like you don't have a desire to kiss him (right now).There's nothing wrong with that. It's also good to be cautious since that one guy used you. Sorry guys are really UGH! Just because you like someone doesnt always mean that you have to kiss them. Maybe you just aren't ready. You need to give it some more time. You prolly still aren't over the using experience, so you feel liek a kiss should be more special. Chris needs to learn to deal with the fact that you aren't ready to kiss him. If he can't well then he's obviously not that great and doesn't respect you as much as he should. The choice and time to kiss is YOURS and HIS..when you BOTH are ready. He needs to be patient and understanding. You could tell him that you were used in the past and are just taking the riskfree way for now but in time you will want to kiss and you'll let him know when you are ready..don't rush yourself into anything. Stand up for yourself! :)

Well, I would say get both colors and see how you like 'em!! But if you can't do that then I say go with the blue because that would be a totally different change from your naural color, but if you choose to go with the green, get one with like hazel ish in it..it's so pretty! But first pick: Blue!! :)

Uhm, I not reall sure what you are asking, but I will try to answer it as best I can. It's okay that you haven't had your period yet. You can get your period anywhere from age 11-17 without something being wrong. And pubic hair isn't really suppose to "fall out" as you said. You may be confused with the face that some females and even males choose to shave it off or romove it in some other fashion. The fact that you have pubic hair though is an indication to you that you are about to or in the process of starting puberty, this would mean your period isn't far off from arriving. But, to answer the question I think you are asking: No, there is nothing wrong with you if you are 13 and haven't ogtten your period yet, and your pubic hair isn't suppose to "fall out" so there's nothing seriously wrong going on! Don't worry! :)

I have this black panch with a lot of holes in it (u know the stitching) and the neck on it is round like a tee-shrit and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what shirt to wear under it with jeans. I've worn one of those double v-necks and it was maroon and it looked ok. I guess a think strap tank top would look ok but it's too cold for that now. Any suggestions would be awesome! -a spaghetti strap shirt underneath it solid color or decorated
-a sports bra the like chriss crossy kind

-any sleeve less shirt
-with the right style of it, you could pull off a turtleneck underneath..but only if its the right style
-a really tite fitting darker shades color shirt than the poncho like if the poncho is light pink where a darker pink
-but since you said it was black ANY color could go under it except brown...

Well, I think like group "dating" or rather "group hanging out" is okay when you are like 13 or 14. Like if a bunch of guys and girls go to the movies together. But like actual dating with like the guy driving the girl somewhere i think it's best to be 15 or 16 at least. I would let them go to like dinner, movies, party, football games, shopping, park, anything really as long as you trust them and are aware of who they are with, where they are going, what time they will be home, and what they are doing. It's really a trust and maturity thing for most parents. If they think you can handle it, they'll let you. :)

Hey there. I know cutting seems like the right solution but wow it's so not the right one. I know you don't see that right now, but maybe soon you will, or it could be too late. MILLIONS of people deal with pressing issues each day and they find other ways to cope other than self mutalation. You need to as well. Sure it feels like everything in your life is out of control and the only thing you can control is how deep in and how often you cut. You have more control than you think. Don't let life's natural course wear you down and ruin you. Be strong. Have faith. Cutting may feel good and once you see the blood come out it's like this rush and it seems as if some of your hurt and pain is leaving you...well that's wrong. You are only adding a budren on top of a burden. I'm sure you are such a beautiful girl..Do you really want scars and slashes all over your wrists, arms, and thighs? If you keep on cutting yourself, you will never win or get anywhere in life. You'll just go in circles. If you can break this cycle now, I'm sure you will have a great future ahead of you. I know you are upset about your boyfriend, but that's okay. Cry instead of cutting. Make a box and put all your memories in it of him. Write in a journal. Talk to someone. Scream. PRAY. Anything, but hurt yourself. Think about all the people that care about you..even if you think people don't they do, do you really want to die? NO..God gives us one life to live...so LIVE IT! It's the least we could do after what he did for us. You should get invovled. Join some school clubs, hang out with girlfirneds, shop, eat, party, drive, volunteer. Anything to keep your mind off of it. Seriously, there is life beyond cutting. There are better ways to deal with life's struggles. Like me, I curl up into a lil' ball and cry for like an hour and then I go pig out and I write in my diary or I talk to my mom. It's a lot better than me cutting myself. Everytime you cut, that's one more time you are closer to death and that's 1 more person you are hurting. Surely you don't want ot hurt anyone. If you need to, you are more than welcome to talk to me any time you need a lending ear. I'm always here. If you want to get rid of your scars I suggest ussing Mederma (it's a over the counter cream). You can get it at drugstores. God Bless! :)

If you know you arem't what they are calling you, then who cares? Far too often teens take too much into considerations other perceptions of us. That's not how it should be although so many of us are guilty of that. If you feel comfortable and proud of how you look, then go for it. You don't wear clothes to please other people. You're entitled to your own style. But if you even think your clothes are a bit too much, or rather too less- Ask yourself this..would my mom be proud of how i am dressed, or my grandma? if yes, then you are fine. If no, then tone it down a bit if YOU feel you need to. Not because of others. Stop letting what others think effect you or you will never more forward in life. Live your life for you! :)

Well, Krissy, you don't have to tell anyone anything you don't want to. It's your business, your body. No one elses. It's very common that when girls first get their period they feel awkward and embarrassed and aren't willing to tell. That's okay. But it's also okay to tell if you feel comfortable. They are all girls, so they know what your talking about. And y'all may like bond from it! Or if they know you've stsarted maybe one day they may need to borrow some "stuff". But the choice is yours, tell them when you are ready..and if they ask why you didn't tell 'em sooner just tell 'em you weren't ready! it's no biggs! :)

Okay well those Yellow braclets are to help support the Lance Armstrong Foundation. I haven't seen them in any other color, so I dunno about that. You can get yellow livestrong bracelets at any sporting goods store or like shoes places like Just for Feet, Finish Line, Footlocker, etc. You can also order them off of wearyellow.org or nike.com/wearyellow. They are 1 dollar each but on the wearyellow site you have to buy 10 for 10 dollars.
I think the pink bracelets that you have been seeing are for Breast Cancer Awarness and the Susan G. Koleman Foundation. And I know nike just makes blue bracelets like that that say "nike". So yeah. :)

Yeah, technically you could do that if you really HAD to. But, it's going to really sting your eye once you put the contact in your eye. The best thing to do would be to carry one of those small bottles of solution with you in your backpack, locker, or somewhere. Or, you can leave it in the nurses office. :)

OmG! No, no, and NO! Don't do that or it will clogg up your toilet and like cause a flood. Yuck. You can however flush tampons down the toilet but ONLY the actualy tampon (not the aplicator) but, I would suggest not even flushing your tampon down the toilet, because house toilets can't really handle it and over time it will clogg and flood. At school it would be okay though. But for pads, just wrap 'em up in some toilet paper or the package wrapper. :)

It doesn't feel any different. But sometimes strapless bras don't hold you in or hold you in general as well. To get a really good hold and supportive bra I buy one from Victoria's Secret. Sure, they are a bit more costly but they are the best and they are so comfy and just great and cute!! :)

Hey there. Well, first of all there's nothing wrong and nothing to be ashamed about. There's no rule/ law that says you have to e a certain age and have done a certain amount of anything with a guy. You should do things whenever you are ready and feel comfortable. Also, never do it when a guy just tells you too. You have the right to speak up when you want to. With that said, if you think you are ready to take this HUGE step and perform oral on a guy then that means you realize that you could ruin your repoutation, or even possible contract an STD. So if you think you are ready, well there is a basic consistency on how to do, but to each his own. There is no totally wrong way to do it. Also, if the guy tells you that you are doing it wrong then he obviously just "wanted some" and doens't really care about you. He should be happy he's getting someone to do that. But there are some websites that give you step-by step instructions on the basics. Search google for the one that you like the best. Like type in "how to give oral" or something. Just rememer only do this when you know for a fact your are willing, ready, and comfortable. :)
