Hi I was wondering if anybody (even the administer) could see who asked what questions? Thanks!

Level 2 Moderators can if they look it up. The Administrator can. But mainly no, not unless you put your column name on the question.

The only people who can see who asked what questions are level 2 and 3 moderators. They are also the ones that approve questions (such as this one) So, level 1's can rate, but can't see who asked what. There's also info about this in the FAQ page. :)
