Not really but it's fun to color a pad and throw it at your stepbrother and his friends on the Fourth of July when they're downstairs =}

Sure...if you want to clog the pipes! Don't flush pads down the toilet...put them in the trash can.

A sanitary pad - yes. A notepad - no. Your friends pad (house/apartment) - no.

Actually it depend where you live. Different countries and regions have different sewage systems. Some are fine and other aren't.

No! Actually, When a pad absorbs to much of a liquid, It swells up! Imagine what a swollen pad would look like trying to fit down your toilet drain! So NO, NO, NO!

liddylflirtx3 answered Friday October 22 2004, 5:55 pm:
Normally, you shouldn't ever flush a pad down the toilet, because they could clog the pipes. Some brands make special pads that you can flush - but otherwise, just wrap your pad up and throw it away!

xXxpinky615xXx answered Friday October 22 2004, 5:19 pm:
No because the toilet will get clogged and it will overflow and everything that got suck trying to go down because of the pad will come back up with it. It's pretty nast, you shouldn't do that with tampons either. Hope this helped.

FrEe2bMe answered Friday October 22 2004, 5:17 pm:
OmG! No, no, and NO! Don't do that or it will clogg up your toilet and like cause a flood. Yuck. You can however flush tampons down the toilet but ONLY the actualy tampon (not the aplicator) but, I would suggest not even flushing your tampon down the toilet, because house toilets can't really handle it and over time it will clogg and flood. At school it would be okay though. But for pads, just wrap 'em up in some toilet paper or the package wrapper. :)
