Okay. First, if you felt uncomfortable at the gym, don't give up because you think that every one is going to be like that. They're not. Find a nice place that has nice people. If a lot of people look fit...well I don't know how you can't expect that. I mean they're at a gym and working out. I use yoga class to manage stress, and plus it helps me concentrate and feel better. Try writing down the calorie count and what you eat in a day. I do it, and my friends make fun of me, but hey, it works, and they're still my friends, so what the heck. Don't be embarrassed of losing weight; it's a heck of a lot better than being embarrassed because you're fat. Hope I helped.

When you get these food "cravings" do what I do. Drink water. Then wait. I busy myself with a book or TV show and getting away from food. Remember, when you have cravings, you're actually burning calories, so don't replace them with more! Tell yourself that they'll pass. Satisfying a 10-minute or so craving is not worth the regret and remorse later! For stress, try a yoga class. It will boost your confindence and help you relax and concentrate. Hope I helped!

First soak the part of clothing in warm water then get some of the water out.

Spray hairspray over the stained area. Any type of hairspray, old or new, will work.
After you do that soak it in hot water for at least 2-4 minutes.

After soaking it, wring out and throw in the dryer.

If you do not have a dryer, you can hang clothes over the heater or on a drying rack.

Do not put a bunch of hairspray on
if there is writing on the shirt keep the hairspray away!

You can't solve this with only "fun" things. Bring him to a counselor, and see if various depression medications are right for him. Try finding good things to do, like a new sport. Tell your boyfriend to remove her from his friends list, because it would make YOU more comfortable. She is trying to convince you that he doesn't like you anymore, or that they're in a relationship, because she actually isn't and really wants to be. You could also try hydrotherapy, which is a cold shower followed immediately by a hot shower.
